Had gained storage unit and special friends moved my belongings after I moved away.The priced was briefly affordable but then after 6 months the price jumped up quite a bit. I emptied it, donated most items as I couldn't afford the shipping cost of $5,0000. To have it shipped to El Paso,Tx from Rockledge, FlMy friend deserves nice things and if he can't use the items he will donate it to his church! Thank you, Thomas Reed!!!You are an amazing person!

I'm a return customer to this location. I have always received fast and friendly service. The representative at this location, Kelly was very knowledgeable on the equipment, and quick with the connection of the trailer to my vehicle. I highly recommend this location and will be back if I have any future U-haul needs!

Great place to store your boat, trailer or RV. Gate stays locked. Camera's watching over the place. I feel comfortable using Affordable Storage.

Google Maps had me helplessly lost indicating my destination was almost an hour away when I knew it wasn't. I pulled into their parking lot to see is I could 'fix' it to no avail. I went to the entrance door and the gentleman behind the counter cheerfully asked me how could he help me. I told him my predicament (almost in tears) and he drew me a map as well as explained it several times, making sure I understood. He was an earth angel from Heaven. The business also rents & receives U-Haul trucks, and it wasn't until I turned around that I saw a young man returning a truck who had waited patiently the entire 15 minutes I was getting directions. When I saw him, I apologized and he said (quite genuingly), "No problem." Isn't it lovely to hear those two words? I turned off Google Maps, following his exact directions and was at my destination in 7 minutes.*Sorry Google Maps! Although this trip was a flop, I've had ya'll save me when I needed you more often than that.*

I have dealt with Affordable Storage By Townsend two separate times. The gentlemen is very knowledgeable was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He helped us find the best U-Haul truck and pricing for our needs.

Mynexperience here was ok.Rented a nice clean truck,but was told gas was a quarter of a tank but when I checked it before I left it was less than that.I asked the mgr. to look at it and begrudgingly did,and reluctandly agreeded,but if I would have not checked it I feel he was going to make me pay more which is not cool.
