I went in and asked to rent a recliner for a week or a month. The salesman tried to scam us and said there was a THREE month minimum for all furniture. The salesman didn't or wouldn't provide any documentation showing a three month minimum clause.....

Great store, great peo0le. They treat you like family while at the same time catering to your every whim. You will feel like a VIP and that is very rare for a retail business. I have known the manager for almost 20 years and he is the best. My associate is superb. He can be depended upon.

Bike was supposed to be 1500.00.i put 200.00 down. Pade 50.00 a week had the bike for 6 months. Let's do some math. 50.00×4×6=1200+200.00 down=1400.00. They say I only pad 900.00 and still owe 1200.00. Please tell me how that ads up. Please I really want to know.....

Visited the store to look at Pedal Assist Bikes. Management spent adequate time with me and we could not negotiate a deal but at all times they were pleasant, courteous and the manager made a personal appearance , so I felt like a valued customer. Good store experience overall.

Very happy with the customer service at Aaron's in Titusville, Fl. From going to the showroom, Yasline helped me pick out a sectional that would best work with my 5 kids, and I. She made sure that I was happy with the choice. Clearly customer satisfaction is priority to Yasline and the Aaron's team. We set up a delivery date. When the sectional arrived, on time, Eddie and Nick both set up the sectional for me. And it was about 1 in too big. Not even lying one inch. So I told them it'll be okay I figure out a way that it would work cuz I really like the couch. After about a couple days of trying to configure a way that it would work and being yelled at by my fiance I decided to pick out a different sectional, smaller sectional. Carlos help me that day when I went back to the showroom. He was very understanding of the situation and wasn't really worried about it just told me to pick out a new one and they delivered the new one the next day. Eddie and Nick greeted me at the door on time. We kind of chuckled a little bit and they took out the old sectional and brought in the new one that fit quite well. Overall very satisfied from start to finish. Will definitely be going back to Aaron's in Titusville to rent again.

Retuned furniture on Friday. No receipt or paperwork offered. Then got emails and texts yesterday to pay. I called in. Guy said he’d take care of it. Received a call again today demanding payment. I stated again that furniture had been returned. Really poor business practices and tracking. Add that in with the crew that delivered and picked up the furniture complained about it and their job the entire time. Never ever again.
