I needed to have a jump ring removed from a necklace and they did it while I waited for “no charge.” While I waited (2-3 min ?), I got to visit with the shop beagle, Daisy. That was an extra bonus. Exceptional, friendly customer service. I’ll be back if I ever have any other jewelry needs. Thank you!!

We ordered a watch from Lang Jewelers, and when it arrived, it wasn’t working. Not wanting to take the chance of taking the back off and possibly scratching it changing the battery, I contacted the store and told them of the problem. I was told that they would either send me a replacement battery, or I could return the watch to them so they could replace it. Just in case there was something else wrong with the watch, we chose to send it back to them. They provided a return label for us, we sent it back, and I just received it. It is a beautiful watch, and it is up and running. Sydney was the most helpful and courteous employee! It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there who care about customer service. It is rare indeed to find these days. This is a wonderful company to deal with! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

This is a one stop Jewery store in Tioga Gainsville FL area !I am so glad that I found them ! It’s conveniently located next to a coffee shop !You will find quality and unique pieces here !Prices are very attractive too !I like everything they have !I felt like a kid in a Candy store. Not only do they sell beautiful Jewery also replacing watch batteries !It was a most pleasant Experience doing business with Mr and Mrs Lang .Their professional and knowledgeable service made my shopping most pleasant !I shall return !

Lang jewelers is friendly, timely, and their quality work is phenomenal. I took in my wedding ring and Cartier bracelet to be cleaned and polished. Both items look brand new. Then, a few days later I hit my ring and bent a prong. They quickly fixed it while I was in the shop. Thank you for exceptional service.

Matt did an exceptional job fixing the prongs on my engagement ring to keep the stones secure. He also polished my wedding band. When I picked the two rings up they looked like they did the day I got engaged 24 years ago. I'm so happy with the sparkle on my finger!

I’m a first time customer that learned about Lang Jewelers from their sponsorship of the Tioga Car Show last month.I needed holes punched in 2 leather bracelet straps that were too tight. They were able to provide service on the spot and at no charge! I will definitely be back for future repairs and jewelry needs!
