They always have the best people working here. My ID is always so hard to scan and they take their time and are so patient with the whole transaction. Been coming here frequently as we live on the island for 3 years now, and I haven’t met an employee I didn’t enjoy.

The reason for my one star because make me so disappointed the food the waste they just throw away about 20 hot dogs ? meat wasn’t so old , pizza etc . I told the guys that’s ridiculous ? makes me so angry. If the manager read this post please do something cuz if you guys do this every day you lost a lot of money. You can do better or make less food .. So shameful!!!!

We always go to this 7/11, on our way into Fort DeSoto. Last minute snacks, drinks, restroom, etc. The employees are very nice.

Very helpful staff member helped us with the rewards program today. Unfortunately I did not get her name. Store is very convenient for bikes from Fort Desoto Campground.

This establishment of 7-Eleven sold us firewood last night , we are camping at Ft DeSoto, we decided to return today to the store to request a refund — to our disappointment last night the wood did not burn! We assumed it would be a return with no issues because the product was defective. And we bought 2 bundles last night — we even brought the wood back in our car to give it back to her — We spoke to the store manager and she refused a refund ( her excuse was it comes from a different Vendor, it’s not our wood) she also would not give a store credit. I was really shocked that she had NO solution for us , pretty much she was rude and unprofessional and gave an answer of “no”She did not even offer us to just grab brand new wood. So with that said definitely do not buy fire wood there. And the store manager was not impressive at all. Poor level of customer service. Which is too bad. I am disappointed with how it was handled by the store manager if this store.
