“This was messed up from the beginning.
This Penske location caused a three day headache. Watch the video. ? $30 refund on a $154.81 bill and I didn't get to finish what I needed.
The rep was very nice that I spoke with when we found out what was happening with the truck. Unfortunately, it caused us time and the inability to complete what we needed. Avoiding the wind and rain was critical.
The seal around the windshield was coming off. The conversation with the Rep at this location led me to believe this had happened before. He didn't seem surprised in my opinion when I told him it was the windshield. In addition I over heard a service rep when I dropped off mention it had happened in the past. Ok Penske this is not cool.
We have 3 more moves within the next 9 months. I swore to use Penske but y'all gotta do better.
And the district manager at this location needs to get a grip. We're loyal customers and apparently that means nothing anymore to him. ??????????”
“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!
I called and took me to a VM, left my message and few seconds later got calls, which I was not able to pick up, my bad, then I got a text message and they worked with me very fast and professionally, this is a great team and customer service!
By the way, the number that reached me via text had a flag with a note saying that it was possible a call from someone called “Amber”. Who ever is, this person looks like they is a true natural serving person. Kudos to Amber!”
“The staff at the US301 & Hwy60 Enterprise truck rental are great people. The staff always goes above and beyond for me. The trucks I have rented have always been clean and washed. I will continue to rent vehicles from Enterprise because of their quality service.”

“United rentals fence installers Rob & DJ rock. Almost 500' of post driven temp fencing installed with screen, the installation was amazing. They rock. Also a shoot out to Natalie for all her hard work.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly determined to make sure we felt comfortable with the whole process. He even walked us out and showed us our truck, which we really appreciated. U-haul may be cheaper (in some aspects and not always) but I am a die-hard Penske customer because of the service, the quality of the trucks, and the ease of making reservations, checking out, and dropping off.”

“I have stored my boat here for 15 years. Great facility with good amenities. Only drawback is the annual price increases, which seem to be higher since they were acquired by U-Haul a few years ago.”
