I worked with this company for over a decade. Always found them to be reliable.1 month ago, SEFL delivered a small wine cooler to my client in Louisiana. It was dropped off, severely damaged by Southeastern. They actually did NOT ring the doorbell, call the client, or even get the signature.They smashed and dashed. Then they denied ALL financial responsibility for it. Cost me over 1000.00NEVER EVER BOOK FREIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY

Today Joe delivered 5,000 pounds of carpet greens for our miniature golf course and he was so nice and helpful!!! You don't get customer service like that these days. Joe deserves a raise! He made our morning delivery go super smoothly and he went above and beyond both with his positive personality and all his help.

Absolute Trash, POOR customer service, Zero competence, This company called me to come pick up shipment at their facility in Thonotosassa, FL, so we drove out to pick up when we got there they said it’s not available, upon leave and then calling the dispatch they said it was available so we drove back out there and were able to pick it up, thanks for wasting my time and telling me it was my fault when I called, what a pathetic group of incompetent people at the counter here. Will NEVER use this company again. Please avoid this these guys they have no mercy no remorse the WORST!!!

I messed up the delivery date, so I thought. I called Monday and was assured the delivery would be when I needed. Very friendly service. Delivery was exactly on time with no issues. Very pleased with the service I received.

I am beyond beyond upset with this company. We have three pallets of goods, we only received two. They lost the other pallet which consists of 80boxes values at $8,800! It’s now been a few weeks and they have zero clue where that missing palette is. They are unable to locate it and now our attorney have to file a claim. This company is unprofessional, unethical and stay away from them!

Drivers for this company are impatient and rude. Asked a driver to pull into a bay further down then where he was. His reply was just no you load me here or I leave I asked him to wait while I grabbed his stuff and he just leaves. This happens regularly

Driver Mike did not want to pick up 2 PALLETS on a driveway where other semi where able to do it. They reschedule for the next day nobody shows up. They cancel the pick up without contact or advise.
