“When the large chain pharmacies were not able to provide my type 2 diabetic medicine after waiting over 60 days for my back ordered med to come in, I called Palms Pharmacy and asked if they had my med. They said it has been very hard to come by. Then they asked what level dosage I was on and said they would check with their wholesaler and call me back either way.They called back and said they could get what I needed. They had me send them a text of my Medicare Card, so I didn't have to change my schedule yesterday. They then called me back with the price and said if was agreeable they would order it.Palm Pharmacy did more in less than an hour than the big pharmacies did in 60 days.They were very pleasant, helpful and kind! They treated me like a human being with a need, not just another Medicare # . They are awesome!JBP”

“I used this pharmacy for the first time today. My wait time was short and the employees were friendly and courteous. An elderly gentleman with a cane was sitting while waiting for his prescription and, instead of calling him over when it was ready, one of the employees brought it to him. That made me smile. “The staff at Trinova Health are amazing and very thorough. They go beyond what other pharmacies have done to take the time to contact my doctor to provide information about the medication they may not be familiar with and recommends the right dose. Trinova Health staff is prompt in answering emails and returning phone calls. Even when reaching out to my doctor, they have called me to inform me they have. Trinova Health will even fax the prescription over to my doctor and all my doctor has to do is sign it and send it back. They make everything so confident and the delivery of the medication is always on time. Best pharmacy I have ever had.”

“Excellent Pharmacy and worth checking out. I've been a customer with Vickas for 15 yrs, they always go the extra mile, whether it's calling your Dr's office and being on hold for 30 minutes. They know your time is important, so you dont have to wait around all day. Plus, he is straightforward with you. They dont play these games like the big brand stores will, like their classic line,"maybe we'll have it tomorrow." Vickus will tell you right there what's going on and give you some options. Maybe you have to call your Dr and change something. He'll do everything to make sure you have your medicine. Prime Rx Pharmacy is that Mom and Pop shop that puts the customer first every time. There's no other pharmacy that compares to the care and quality of service.”
“This is bye far the best pharmacy I have ever used. They call you when prescriptions are ready, unlike some of the major chain ones that you can't even call into anymore. I used to get the worst anxiety walking into pharmacies ever since these electronic scripts hit the scene. Something would always be wrong. Not once have I had this issue since I started filling at Eckerds, they are super friendly and will work with you even if you have a business trip coming up and might need your script a day or 2 early. They even were the only pharmacy I could find that had my medication in stock during a national shortage. I also think most know that not all generics are are the same and they seem to always have the best brands in stock. Again I can't say enough good things about them. You certainly won't be disappointed if you give a em a try. I pass at least 10-15 other pharmacies on my way there and don't see myself ever switching to anywhere else”
