I am so impressed with not only the quality of the grab bars I purchased but the customer service too. The grab bars are everything I want them to be… in place for when we are older and might need them, streamlined to coordinate nicely with my fixtures, and matte black that does not scream hospital shower. When I realized several months after purchase that I did not need separate mounting hardware ( it does take a while to get all the subcontractors out) I had mistakenly purchased, it was long past the return date. Customer service offered a fair partial refund and now those mounts are off to Habitat for Humanity for someone who needs them. All in all a great experience.

Harney Hardware has a wide selection and fast shipping, but make sure you read the fine print and look into their return policy. I paid for a towel bar for my apartment and the measurements weren’t correct. Once I found that you have to buy a heavy duty box to place it in, and pay for shipping, it isn’t worth it at that point. Mind you, I never took it out of the box and it’s been sitting by my door since it arrived. If you buy from them, expect to keep it unless you’re willing to lose money.

Have used Harney Hardware for more than 10 years. The quality of their products is second to none, shipping and service is exemplary. Replaced all entry doors in multiple properties, very convenient to have all doors for each property keyed alike. All interior handles, hinges and drawer pulls matched really make the property pop. After 10 years, had a problem with one door handle (out of hundreds of products purchased). A replacement was shipped immediately without question. THAT is why I am a Harney Hardware customer for life!

Shipping time are not correct!They take their time to ship out. It’s not 5-6 business days, it’s more like 8-10 business days. Very disappointed

Absolutely love the products and customer service from here!! I first saw the style of front door knob and deadbolt on an interior design show and scoured Google to find the exact same locking mechanism (the only hint I had as it was very uniquely shaped!) Found it, purchased and installed myself in 2021 (even drilled the dead bolt hole as we never had one in the first place!) and have been slowly replacing a handful of knobs in my home each time as I redecorate each room! All the knobs are metal through and through. No plastic or breakable parts. Worth it! You will not be disappointed! And thank you Jill for being so fast in helping with my questions!!(Pardon the messy door knob, I do have kids!)

We run a large non profit organization with two locations. We needed to upgrade locksets for security reasons and this company had great customer service. I ordered keyed alike locks and realized I need more. They easily pulled up my order, added what I needed and sent me an invoice via email. The additional items were shipped the same day as ordered. We have used them 4 times now and always great customer service.

Ordered five faucets Tuesday, they arrived Wednesday much to our surprise. Had minor issue with one faucet and it was quickly resolved. Great customer service. Will do business again.

I have been looking for an interconnected door lock for months and all I could find were the full escutcheon handlesets. Harney had exactly what I needed and I was able to support a local business. I'm surprised they hadn't popped up in my search until today but I'm glad they did. I took a ride out there and made my purchase. Very professional staff and a nice facility. The lock is very heavy and of great quality. Everything fit and the installation was very smooth. I will be back here for all of my hardware needs.

First Experience... If Jill answers the phone - ask to speak with someone else - she offers the worst customer service experience - shoe comes across as put off and condescending - awful... She should not be servicing the public. I called back to share my experience, so management would be educated of my encounter, with the hope it would be rectified and another person would not encounter the same... I then spoke with Steven and he was delightful and most professional - so refreshing. After he afforded me the answers to my simple questions, I decided to proceed with the purchase of all the door hardware needed for our new home. I cannot speak for the quality, but will update my review once product is received. Steven mentioned he went with the same line, so I am optimistic for sure.Update: So far so good... Nice Product!
