Was told today that I could not receive a full refund for the two plushy blankets I bought at five dollars each. I was told that I can only receive an exchange. I’m highly upset because it clearly states on the website that I can receive a full refund with a receipt.

Usually we like going to this location because they tend to get some of the items other stores in the area doesn’t. However, as we were standing on the beauty isle an employee(I’m assuming the manager) shouted as she passed us to another employee, who was a few isles over, letting her know “you have a line”. The cashier responded that she was coming to which the manager stated “it’s fine, they can wait”? I looked back and saw there were 3 people standing in line. We were in the store for about 20 mins and as we were heading back to the front we heard someone ring the bell they keep at the register and the cashier yelled that “they didn’t need to ring it because she was coming and they needed to have patience”. Very icky. And pictured is the employee ringing up the customers they told to have “patience”, while the manager just stood there.

Very stocked store. I really liked this store until I overhead staff, talking about the cases in the back that they can't put out until one employee goes through it. I was wondering why I wasn't able to find anything good there in awhile.. I'm just going back to the one on Parsons, at least they put merchandise on the shelves. One cashier with teen or young adult daughters, nieces gets first picks.

Love the dollar tree everywhere. This one is somewhat disheveled but if you have time to browse it is the a good store. Staff is friendly

Good little store this store is normally stocked well with products. And has food like snacks mostly. Batteries ? the store is clean. I'd recommend checking this store out.

LOVE this dollar tree! I was in the store yesterday (Labor Day) & I spoke to Chris, Pearl and Matthew, who were busily stocking shelves. They have always been helpful, pleasant and they keep the store tidier and more orderly than other Dollar Trees i have seen. Thank you for your strong work ethic. It is appreciated!-Nancy H.
