I just love Cross Pest Control. I’ve used them for longer than I can remember. Chris came out this week and like always, went above and beyond to make sure he did his job great and with attention to every detail.

Unless you wanna pay every time they come to solve your same issue you may wanna look in a different company to deal with. I have called them days after they say they take care of this and I had to call him again and they tell me there is no warranty, but there is a warranty if I pay again, take a pic before you call

I have used Cross Pest Control in my homes for over 30 years, going all the way back to my childhood. They were always a very friendly, responsible and effective service. Randy was always so professional and kind. I used them occasionally on my current home, whenever we had problems, however was not on a recurring plan so we paid a bit more for our service calls which was an acceptable trade off to me. I've never had an issue with them or their service, until now.This time I asked my wife to call and get us an appointment to get rid of some roaches we've seen. Apparently they've changed their payments/plans and now offer a one time service for $100 or a 'warranty service' for $140. She opted to do the 'one time' service because we didn't intend to get the house regularly sprayed, we just wanted the roaches gone and we've never needed them to come back out and spray a second time for roaches. She was never told that it wouldn't work, obviously, or we would have spent the extra money or found another pest control company.The exterminator came out, listened to our concerns and sprayed a couple weeks ago. He, also, never voiced concern that the service would be ineffective during this period. The roaches have continued to invade our home, and they were all alive, so the pest control was utterly useless as I hadn't seen a single dead roach since they sprayed.I called Cross Pest today to let them know and their answer was: "well you'll have to pay for another visit, this is why we don't recommend the one time visit for roaches because we know it won't get rid of them."THEN WHY DID YOU SELL IT TO MY WIFE?!?!?Why would you intentionally sell something that you know isn't going to address your customer's concerns? We've had a great past relationship with Cross but this almost feels like a scam at this point - selling a service you know is ineffective.Long story short - they sell a service they know doesn't work so DO NOT opt for the one time visit.Services: Cockroach extermination

On the most expensive package yet never got granules to the yard which is supposed to be part of my contract, not just spraying outside. I am still seeing roaches and spiders lots of wasps.. I texted the same issue to them..but they did not reply. They seem to be able to text about payment or renewing but not complaints.

Josh was wonderful. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. I look forward to not having ants crawling on me at night ha! He made sure I knew if I have any issues to give them a call. I highly recommend!

There is a reason this place has such high reviews. My neighbors recommended them so we gave them a chance. Our tech Josh showed up on time and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional service and everything was explained to me when I called to make the appointment and then our tech did the same. Great service that is really hard to find in businesses anymore. Thank you for setting the bar high again!

I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with Cross Pest control service. We begin using this in September 2019 and are still roach-free as of today June 2023. We have had excellent service from your technicians: Nick,Stephen, Ryan,Michael, and Kody. They are polite, efficient, and do not leave a mess. We started pest control in March and ended in June as we were still seeing roaches. They asked us to renew contract and pay more money. We did not see any point in throwing good money after bad. We are disappointed and we are no better off than when we started. They did not do what they promised. I would steer clear of this company.

I never give 5 Stars or 100% on any reviews because we all can do better, but Karen is very friendly and effective so I give her 5 stars. Wish there were weekend appointments because then I can have my wife sit around and wait for the treatment LOLService: Bug & insect extermination

I have been using Cross Pest Control for years. They make it so easy. Mike is always on time, excellent at communicating and so pleasant plus I love that it is the same person every time so I don’t have to worry about anything. He’s been my guy for years now. I love that they call to remind me that it is time for service, but they are also very responsive if I call in between treatments for a particular issue. Mike at Cross Pest Control has been our service provider for at least 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of insects and I would never use another pest control company. He stands by each application he does and always offers to come back if there’s a residual insect issue. He honestly has become a friend. He is so dependable, gives me a text message the night before as a reminder and another text when he’s on his way to my house. This company (and Mike) is honest, dependable and goes way beyond to make their customers happy. I 100% recommend Cross Pest Control and Mike.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

I absolutely love Cross. We’ve been using them at my office for years. Just recently I had a schedule conflict in the office and I hate to say I completely forgot about my appoint. I believe the lovely woman who called me was named Barb. She was so gracious and understanding and helped me reschedule quickly. The technician Ryan came early and actually thanked me allowing him to be there before he was scheduled. I just can’t say enough great things about this company!Services: General pest inspection

We’ve used Cross Pest Control for a few years now, and won’t use anyone else. They are friendly, show up in the timeframe given, and on the odd occurrence they cannot, they immediately let you know when you can expect them. Additionally their well-priced service is fantastic and works well to keep all our regular Florida pests away. And if you have any issues they come back and take care of it.
