“Matthew was very helpful, personable, and professional when he was assisting me. I thought I was going to wait an hour until someone can help me with my situation in which I was fine with waiting. But Matthew was effectively strategic by finding another rep to take over his place so that I could receive his assistance quicker. It was unfortunate to hear that half the staff was sick, which is why service was slow. I could understand that. But for me, Matthew's service was above and beyond with customer service with just half of the staff being present at work. Excellent service!”
““Very excited to be a new customer. My wife and I just moved to Florida and wanted to find a local bank to our area. We stop in the 5/3 branch in Lutz and sat with Shadow Williams. We mentioned we were interested in the $225 promotion to open a new account. His excitedly responded that they had a better in branch offer for $300 per person for opening a new checking. He was polite, professional and very transparent. He made my wife and I as new people to the area feel very welcomed. Shadow was able to actively listen to understand what our needs were. “This is my local branch and I use the ATM frequently. It's well lit, always working and never any issues. I've been inside several times, too, to set up an account, when I lost my card (oops) and for info on foreign currency exchanges. The staff here have always been helpful and pretty fast. I appreciate knowing in this day and age of everything being done from an app or online, that there are still smiling faces inside should I need help!”

“Went above and beyond! I had a small camera bag with a Canon DSLR on which I had pictures of the first day of my Tampa vacation. When I was leaving the store, the bag was missing and at first I did not know where it was. A few minutes later, I figured it might have fallen off the bottom of my cart while I was shopping. I went to the service desk and, lo and behold the bag was found and the nice lady handed it to me. Great job!!!!! Thank you very much!”
