  Needed just a few items but the fried chicken smelled so lovely we decided to get that and some deli sides instead of going out to a restaurant. Publix is a very customer friendly store that we enjoy.

  I have always loved Publix; but this store has a lot to improve upon. In almost all Publix, the customer service is excellent and helpful. Not this one. The guy at checkout was clearly annoyed and no desire to be helpful.
