When shopping at our Walgreens, we sometimes have questions and need someone to answer them for us as my husband and I are Senior Citizens. We always feel comfortable asking some of the associates because on occasions, that associate may have to check with another one and that’s always pleasing because we know they care!

Horrible place. This place needs to have everyone fired from the top down and investigated for losing prescriptions and giving wrong ones. It seriously has issues, whether it be an incompetent manager or workers that don't know the alphabet, this store is the worst ever. I have to use them with my insurance, otherwise I'd been gone longggggg ago.

This rating is too high. Where is corporate?? Don’t they care about the Mulberry customers. Most are seniors & need patience & that is the last thing you will find at that pharmacy. They are rude, disrespectful & down right nasty. I’ll take my scripts else where.

This is the WORST Walgreens store I've ever been to across the United States. The employees never seem to do anything, always have an attitude, and the one's in the pharmacy never want to do their job. We will call WELL in advance to make sure prescriptions are ready that day for pick and get confirmation. Though, when we get there it's the complete opposite. "You'll have to come back in a week." "Are you sure you called the right pharmacy?" We tried to work with them because prices in the area for medication, but forget it. They need MAJOR help.
There's always some attitude being thrown. If you don't like your job, find another one. Do NOT take your frustration out on customers and people who NEED their medication.
I do NOT recommend this Walgreens to anyone for anything you are in need of. There's a Publix next door and MANY different options just 5 minutes away. Go anywhere but here. The nastiest, dirtiest, towns in the Nation have better customer care than this.

Wellllll..customer service leaves alot to be desired at this Walgreens and it's not the first time. Requested refill 8am yesterday morning for blood thinner. Was told it would be ready today at 10. Went at 3pm. Rx not ready because they didn't have enough in stock for 30 day supply. No phone call or text to make me aware. The tech acted like it was an inconvenience for her to speak to us. She let us know if I needed it they could give me a supply until they got the remainder in...ummmm..obviously I need it..that's why I was at the pharmacy. 10 tabs was all they could provide. She made no eye contact, was short, rude and abrupt like it was my fault that they didn't stock the popular med. I had to go into the pharmacy to question why I only received a 30 day supply for a 90 days Rx. She seemed bothered yet again to have to speak to me and a male (who might have been the pharmacist) asked her "Do you want to switch? We should switch?" She definitely needed to switch because she was completely rude to me but sweet and candy to customers inside the pharmacy. He clarified the rxs and when I asked why I didn't receive a call or text regarding the Rx he couldn't explain. If you don't like your job perhaps you should seek employment elsewhere.
UPDATE: Same experience today 8/25 Automated message said rx would be ready after 10am. Received an automated call that rx was ready. Get to pharm about 3pm..rx not ready, not even in stock. The associate in drive thru made not attempt to assist nor ask the pharmacist about dispensing partial Rx. Manager advised me that their automated system does not function properly and she understands my frustration..I'm sorry..are you on a blood thinner? I advised her I'd been having issues since March so they might want to do away with their automated system. I was told I needed to call corporate which I surely will. They really need to do better!!

Everyone in the pharmacy department needs to be retrained or not work with customers. I was there today to pick up my medicine. ( This time luckily they had it) However. They are very rude and unconcerning. A gentleman was asking about his medicine. And she wasn't even listening. They didn't have his medicine, after being told they did. And didn't know when they would receive it. And I have witnessed this several times of them being rude to elderly customers

Village Residents Beware: There is a systemic customer service issue with this pharmacy. I thought it was me the first few times I had issues (which is every single time) may just being from up north originally, but I have to tell you that the girls that work there are consistently rude, passive aggressive, unhelpful and condescending and refuse to lift a finger to go out of their way to help customers. The only helpful persons so far have been the pharmacist and the store manager. I don't like going that route, but they seem to be run by their staff. They clearly don't like people that live in the Villages for sure. If providing simple help like filling a prescription is too much to ask, then they need be fired and find some other kind of work like the DMV or maybe in the Winn-Dixie?

I have been with his pharmacy for a couple years now and every time I have a prescription, they never have it ready. I get text saying this ready I go to the store. It’s not ready. They say it’s gonna be ready by this time. I go back and it’s not ready. They don’t care they waste peoples time. They just don’t wanna do their jobs correctly. I’ve never seen a service place like this in my life I could go, but I don’t wanna waste time other than the fact that they are terrible.

Using this Walgreens has been a nightmare. The techs are very rude. Every month there is an issue refilling medications. I have to call several times. I now always ask for a Pharmacist even though I hate to bother them. They have seemed to be nicer and easier to deal with.
