I recently shipped a package from the Villages to my home in Maine. Glenn and his Pack & Ship team was an excellent decision. They were total professional, took excellent care of my material and followed up with me all throughout the process. My package arrived about 6 days earlier than quoted, the package was packed, wrapped and strapped to eliminate any potential harm. I will absolutely rely on them for any further shipping needs. Thanks again TEAM!!

Our UPS package was sent Eleven (11) days ago. A careless employee write's " Signature Required." We have NEVER DONE THIS IN THE PAST. Our Daughter is a teacher, thus, virtually IMPOSSIBLE FOR HER TO SIGN. Hour's, Money$, Telephone call's, still no UPS package. (No offer to refund my cost). When snow arriver's here will be my LAST VISIT TO THIS company.
The package was picked up by the recipient on Monday May 19 at UPS office. It was never received at their home.
Lisa at the local Pack and Ship on County Rd rd. 101 was sure trying to get the package delivered. She refunding the shipping charge ac waiting about 2 weeks to get the package.
Her help was much appreciated.

We had a big chair to return and we were worried about handling it. The employees made it smooth as ice! Brought a flat rolling hand truck out to our car and handled it in minutes. They were so very nice and professional! Thanks so much!
