After several stressful days worrying about my package delivery. I was receiving messages that they would not be delivered until after Christmas. I’m not sure if stating how upset I was, but the package to California arrived before Christmas. So thank you Pack and Ship.

I so appreciate the customer service at Village Pack & Ship. I dropped off a prepaid package return to T-Mobile during the week before Christmas. T-Mobile charged me $220 saying I never returned it. The nice folks at Village Pack & Ship searched their records until they found proof of it being dropped off, as well as proof that it truly was received by T-Mobile. Thanks so much! Sandy Nielsen

Very disappointing. After trying to print my USPS label from home, unsuccessfully, I went to Village Pack & Play, Store 2, on my way to the grocery store. USPS cost $8.95 for the Priority Envelope, 9 x 12 Flat Rate. They charged me $17.44. Total rip-off.

Great service and amazing packing job by Denese. I had purchased some amazing items at a local auction and Denese packed them for shipping and then I decided to pick them up. These folks do amazing work and they are very diligent. If you are needing to ship things that you want to make certain they are packed properly and will most likely arrive safely, these are your folks!
