The are racist. Today our experience was the worst one. The first time they do not want my wife to translate for me. Starting with the front desk girl, the triage lady and the RN guy. They were giving faces since we enter the facility. So sad.

I recently was admitted and spent about 5 hours and was very impressed.
From the lady at registration to the the triage nurse and the rest of the staff I was treated very efficiently and effectively
Kudos for a job well done. I'll certainly recommend this to any person needing emergency service.

My nurse, Emily was so professional and really showed understanding for me.
Dr Strickland was amazing!!! Answered every question and made sure I understood everything I needed to.
Definitely recommend!! Excellent care!!!

Brought Mom in here twice within 3 days. The 2nd time she was not thoroughly assessed and basically discharged with a couple meds. The following day she was rushed to another ER for life threatening symptoms and then admitted. Would not recommend this facility.

Lousy waste of time. Herniated a disc and could barely walk in. They kept telling me to sit. I couldn’t sit to save my life. It’s a back issue are these people not educated? They screwed up the list of symptoms I told them. I laid for 2 hours freezing in a room. The place was empty. A nurse pokes me for 5 minutes. Another nurse half hour later. They gave me a shot of ibuprofen/toradol and said that’s all they could do. No scans no X-rays nothing! Told me to see a specialist. I should’ve stayed home. They did Zero about my pain. Basically Advil and ‘thoughts & prayers.’ Pathetic. I’ll never ever go back there.

The Doctor, Nurses & Staff were fabulous! I was seen within 15 minutes by the Doctor. The Nurses immediately started treatment and kept me appraised of my progress. I watched a phenomenal team at work. The personal attention I received from everyone was 10/10.

I have been here 3 days in a row for my son, on today I came in in the daytime and the doctor by the name of Christine is very rude and don't take anyone pain seriously.

I drive 25 miles to come to this location because of JORAN, ADAM, SHANIA, STEPHANIE, DR. COCRHAN, AND ALL THE NIGHT STAFF. This group of individuals are and should be the roll models for other hospital staff. I just want to personally thank you all for treating me like a person and not chart at the end of the bed. And for the people who work in upper management, you should personally thank these people for the exceptional job they do so you can keep your jobs.

I recently had two ER visits at this UF Health ER that left me deeply concerned about the care I received. Despite presenting with serious symptoms and the ER running labs that showed critically low sodium levels, the advice I was given was to simply ‘drink Gatorade’ and go home. This approach felt dismissive and failed to address the severity of my condition, putting my health at significant risk. The doctor was dismissive and did not answer my questions.
It wasn’t until my visit to The HSA ER in The Villages that my health issues were thoroughly assessed, leading to a necessary 3-day hospitalization to treat my Hyponatremia. The difference in the quality of care and assessment was stark and potentially life-saving.
I share this experience to highlight the importance of thorough and considerate medical assessment, especially in emergency settings. The initial oversight could have had dire consequences, and I hope this feedback can be a constructive call for heightened attentiveness and care.

I can’t express how impressed I was with the care I received. Nurses, Doctors, Techs all were personable and kept me informed throughout the process. Facility was very clean and private. Best ER experience ever.
