I just called to speak to the pharmacy about my prescription. The person in pharmacy was so rude and disrespectful to me!!! I will never go to this pharmacy. Don't use this pharmacy.

Went to the photo center just now 11/6/2021 noon for a memory card and the older woman working the counter was unhelpful, short with us and rude.

Been sitting in the pharmacy drive through line for 30 minutes. Can't move forward can't move backwards because there's two cars in front of me and two behind me. This is ridiculous!

Prices are reasonable (if you join the Walgreens rewards club), and this store's generous hours are much appreciated. In fact, if you need any sort of basic item in the middle of the night, this seems to be just about your only option in the area. Unfortunately, for a drugstore, there are some surprising holes in their selection. For example, they do not stock unwaxed dental floss or vitamin A supplements. I'll be back; it would just be nice if this store were more of a "one stop shop" for personal hygiene and nutrition items.

I've had mixed experiences with the store in general, but the chief Pharmacist is top notch. He went out of his way this week to intervene with a careless doctor's office and get a prescription back on track. Kudos for him!

My wife and I had the following experience with pharmacy manager Nadine Brown: 1) We arrived at the pharmacy and begin speaking with a male pharmacy tech, who found an issue with our pharmacy order (namely that the pharmacy had filed it under the wrong person's name and info). 2) As the tech was assisting us, Manager Nadine Brown began shouting at us from across the pharmacy, yelling that it was the fault of the doctor who called it in - not her. 3) Nadine Brown walked over and continued to yell at my wife and I, so I asked for the name of her manager so that I could report her behavior. 4) Nadine Brown refused to provide the name of a supervisor. When I politely repeated my request twice she instructed us to leave the store due to my "violent behavior" - if you look at the security cam you will see that I had not even moved. She also refused to look into fixing the problem with the doctor. 5) Needless to say, Nadine interrupted the tech - who was helping us with the problem - to create an angry and verbally violent scene in your store! And my wife didn't get the medicine that she very much needs for her illness. Ms. Brown may have been with your organization for 20 years, but if her behavior from today is any indication, her management and customer service approach is not only driving business away from your store but putting the safety and lives of people who rely on getting their medicine from Walgreen's in danger. Addendum: at 6 PM my wife's doctor called in to complain to Walgreen's pharmacy about your pharmacist's behavior. Nadine Brown, who previously tried to get us thrown out of the store for POLITELY requesting assistance fixing her pharmacy's mistake, answered the phone and when the doctor told her that she was behaving wrongly - both in terms of her behavior and her pharmacy-related error, immediately acquiesced and filled the medicine. Shortly I will be filing an official complaint with Florida pharmacy licensing authorities and will be researching other available legal options for ensuring that this woman's abusive actions do not affect people like the local Villages' elderly populations who are less able to properly advocate for themselves. Sincerely, Daniel and Tera Howard

This location is not only spotless but it seems management really cares about this store. Speaking of which, I had the occasion to speak w/a manager as I couldn't find what I was looking for. He was congenial and friendly. I also had the same experience with cashier. Bonus points!!!!
