I would give negative 10 if it were possible! I called one week ago and spoke with them regarding insurance on the new home we are building! The woman on the other end of the telephone asked at least twenty questions including my social security number I even emailed corresponding information about our new home! I was assured I would have a quote within 24 hours! Still nothing! If they treat prospective new clients like this I can’t imagine how they treat you when you actually have a claim! I have since contracted with a company who valued my business!

This is probably more of a complaint against Progressive Insurance rather than against Villages Insurance. However, even after bundling my Home, Car, Motorcycle and Golf Carts with Progressive all my coverages went up 50% with no claims. Consequently I now don't believe you have much of savings when you bundle if any. This is the sacrifices you must endure if you live in Florida I suppose. Again no complaint Village Insurance just very disappointed.

I stopped by to talk to Keriann Varney at the Brownwood office. Since I work for The Villages Insurance I was there on other business. I happened to mention that my golf cart insurance was due and what the amount due was. Keriann said that’s really high. Five minutes later after shopping other companies, Keriann came back with a quote saving me over $100. Thank you Keriann. You rock.

Julie returned calls immediately and navigated the steps needed to move my claim forward. Julie did this several times patiently and professionally.A true advocate.Thank you Julie

It didn’t even feel like legit. Tough to get thru on phone, hard to get called back. It also seemed like they shipped your info around because I got non stop calls, texts and emails from other Companies

Today I had to contact The Villages Insurance client relations department to correct payment information on my policy. Jasamine Bice called me back and efficiently and professionally corrected the information, sent me a confirmation with corrected policy information, and followed up with the carrier on an additional request I made regarding my policy with that company. After four earlier calls in the morning, once I spoke to Miss Bice, within a few minutes everything was taken care of and I had received my email confirmation. Thank you Miss Bice for your professional efficient and courteous service today February 8, 2023.

Well, ASI would not renew our insurance which was partly my fault but having dealt with Villages Insurance for 16 years I expected that they would help me find new coverage. They talked the talk last week but I was left high and d'y. Apparently the insurance market on new builds is much more lucrative than old customers. I called All In One Insurance in Lady Lake and In less than an hour I had a excellant coverage with an A-rated firm at the same price as ASI initially quoted. . Still not heard from Village Insurance altho they assured me they would wirk on finding me coverage. So now, I'm pulling all My insurance from them now.--car and golf cart. And will give them all a minus rating! Really! Call ALL IN ONE INSURANCE in Lady Lake. They care about customers unlike The Villages Insurance.

Horrible Service, Snotty receptionist Kayla. Asked for a supervisor and I'm on infinite hold. My insurance Doubled in 1 year. now $2400.

As a retired Independent Agent I was disappointed at the lack of response I received. Called on a Monday and was told the agents are responding to calls from Thursday and Friday and I would get called back with 24-48 hours. That Thursday (72 hours later) the call was returned, however I was unavailable. When I called back I was told the agent would get back to me. Never happened. If I had run my agency like this I never would have been able to retire to the Villages, I would not have had any clients.
