We were so happy with the great service we received today from Emma. We had to get the water from our hot tub tested and she was very helpful with telling us what we needed to do to correct our water problem. We will definitely come back to buy chemicals and would highly recommend this store.

Great business to conduct business with. Stacy and Steve are very good at their respective jobs, personable and willing to help.The Bullfrog Spas they offer are very good. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our purchase.The last thing is service after sales is good as well. They offer water testing, all kinds of supplies, accessories and above all product expertise.

All of crew are always soooooo helpful, no matter how often I need to tap their knowledge bases. I'm soooo glad to have found this store. I am a very happy Bullfrog spa owner. Stacy was a wealth of knowledge of the Bullfrog line and very supportive with helping me understand and pick the best options during my order and then the installation. Never a hard sell, never needed with such a great product.

The staff at Spa & Patio Center are always friendly and on top of their game. I go there monthly for my water test and have done so for a long time. They all know what they are doing and my visits are usually only for a few minutes. The store is completely stocked with all of my needs. Stacy and the staff make the visit a pleasant and prompt one without fail.

We purchased a M7 Bullfrog (beautiful Spa btw), Stacy & Steve were wonderful to work with & very accommodating. Long story short, we bought a 2020 floor model & it had to be replaced. They took care of everything. Got a brand new tub 2022 (at no extra cost) & Bullfrog covered all the installation costs. Feels like family when you walk into the store. They actually called to follow up and address questions and are proactive in their customer service (can't say that about to many companies or services these days). Wonderful people to deal with and we highly recommend them.

I have been getting my water checked and purchasing my pool chemicals here for 10 years. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Any issue with my pool they have always steered me in the right direction and my pool water has always been maintained perfectly. I highly recommend them!!!!
