The employees are so very gracious to help you find an item, they will stop what they are doing and go get your wanted item (won't get that service at a Walmart superstore). Everything is located at the customer's convenience. I recommended shopping the Colony Plaza Publix on any given day. Nicole who works at the deli made us a great sandwich and her suggestion of the sweet roll was spot on as was her suggestion of chipotle cheese. “As with most publix locations, this one is true to form. Clean floors and displays, friendly staff, very busy. Standard high-end prices but the service is worth it if you have the budget. BOGO deals are always good. Been shopping at this location for MANY years and will continue to do so.”

“We had a great experience at the Publix Super Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce, meats, and everyday essentials. The layout made it easy to find everything we needed, and the aisles were wide and easy to navigate.
Customer service was a standout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help at every turn. One employee even walked us to an item we couldn’t find something you don’t see often anymore. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait time.
