I would leave zero stars. If I could I technically feel like I was being targeted for being a white female by the black female in the call center who was very rude to me and she denied me her name when I asked her she went by a nickname and she would not give me her name so that I could file a complaint and laughed about it and thought it was cute. I’m glad all these wonderful people are racist with my personal information so now I’m going to go to Suncoast and close all 10 accounts associated with my name. This is racial discrimination.

What a weird experience. Walked up and nobody was there at all. Lights were on, computers were on, office open, unlock and unsecured.Didn’t know what to do, so I waited.Eventually, a guy and girl come out of the back room with a strange embarrassed look on their face. They wouldn’t meet my eye , just barely even glanced at me.Then they huddled over a computer typing stuff in.Eventually the guy acknowledge I was there. But never did move away from the girl or inquired what I wanted.In the end I just left.Not an encounter that inspires confidence in your security procedures or your staff.And yes, I’m a member.

Jessica is super rude, I went to get my card replaced ne shes it seems like these plastic cards are just weak and don't hold up well.Next thing you know the rudeness out of this employee was terrible, horrible customer service. I'll stay at my home town bank from now on.

My mother and I appreciated the hours of this branch which stays open until 5:30 PM. We traveled from Orlando to this location one afternoon and worked with Amy who was an amazing bank specialist. My mother is getting older and I felt like Amy took care of her as if she were her own mother. 5 star service and although we got there minutes to closing, she spent as much time as we needed without making us feel rushed.

There aren't many tellers. It is a very small branch but the lady that was there today was very nice and helpful. We had great conversation while I waited for my new card to be printed. 5stars all the way.

Excellent credit union with many opportunities for its clients and good offers the staff is friendly especially Debbie Fox provides excellent service, she is very kind, diligent and is also bilingual.

Love this credit union this location is located inside the villages walmart and is very nice. They have a suncoast atm by and a couple of tellers to offer their services. My fiance opened an account here pretty quickly and she loves it. Highly recommend hope they expand more into this location!
