Have been using Safe Ship at Colony for a few years. Always excellent service. Recently I had to mail a package to a remote area in the Republic of Ireland. It was being shipped to a old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Bobbi who works the front counter was super nice and patient. Working her magic with the meager address I was given she was able to process all the necessary international paperwork and get my package on its way for a timely delivery to it's final destination.

Really helpful service. I was shipping some sentimental family objects to my home in California. They have no monetary value, but are valuable to me. The staff took the time to repackage my items so they wouldn't break in transit. I really appreciate the time they took to help me!

Stopped by return an Amazon package and was told they couldn’t scan the return code from my email. I was signed in to my Amazon app. The guy at the counter wanted me to return to a page where I had to resign in to my account. My passwords are saved. I don’t know that information. Why would I have to do that. This is not my first return to Amazon. Avoid this business. Not helpful at all.

I am a mobile phlebotomist and I have to drop off my labs here for FedEx and OMG the service here is so amazing, it smells nice unlike the other ones, everyone is very nice and professional. This safe ship location has a very pleasant atmosphere.

I have used the safe ship at Colony Plaza many times and they have always been friendly and courteous even during the Christmas rush period. However, today they went above and beyond my expectations by finding me the cheapest way to package a shipment which saved me several dollars. So kudos to Bobbie, Mason and Jack. What a great team.
