I was there earlier today, I do not know if Omar owns this place or is an employee. He was making that place run like a well oiled machine. Greeting people and asking how they were doing while providing excellent customer service. I thought that if I was still working I would love working with him. Omar was on his game today. If he is an employee his supervisor needs to treat him right, and if he owns the place he is doing a great!

I have used this company because they are a local business.... Never again... I went in today to ship a 19 lb box, normal size... I owned a Pak N Ship Co for 25 years and I know how the rates work, I understand that BUT..... He quoted me 104.00 for the cheapest ground, are you kidding me.... Said no thanks, went to the PO 27.05 was what it cost.... Absolutely ridiculous.... Never Again

Super nice staff now! I just let them know when I am out of town and they hold my mail and packages. No worries. Excellent help when I need to ship packages to my grandkids!

Terrible place with incredibly rude employees. Employee Vickie wouldn’t notarize my document with a passport and instead grilled me for driving here with out a license

This was my first time shipping glassware today Viki (I think that’s her name ) she had glasses on and short hair… anyway she was fantastic she really helped me and my boyfriend out answered all our questions and was not rude and did not make us feel stupid the prices are good here trust me I went to get the same items shipped at another location and the service was horrible and their prices were horrible and high go here great service and prices are good ??

They took my package and gave me a receipt with a FedEx tracking number, but now they say they have no record of it in their system. Package is lost and they don't care.
