We were in your store a few weeks ago, and spoke to Roberta. Our 10-year old Human Touch recliner no longer reclined. The foot rest worked, but not the recliner. We knew that the chair was no longer under warranty, but wanted to check our options, and possibly buy a new chair. Roberta showed us the new chairs ($3900). She then gave us contact information for the Human Touch company. We contacted them, they diagnosed the problem, and we ordered a part. Instead of paying $3900 for a new chair, the part cost $245. We are so grateful for Roberta’s help. Not all businesses would have done that. We will definitely do business with Relax in Comfort again and highly recommend them.

The reason I am giving this review is because I entered the store looked around saw a recliner I really liked. Of course I'm going to sit down and see if it's comfortable. The guy immediately said woah woah get out of the chair you are to big to sit there. Ok so are your chairs made out of paper? I'm not a small guy, but I'm not 400+. I'm in low 300. Yeah I'm a big guy but if you are afraid that me gently sitting down to see if your chair is comfortable and you to freak out like that I don't want to buy anything from you. Obviously you haven't sold the fancy red chair that has been sitting there forever. Maybe go to Malibu, CA to get your prices. I talked to a friend that went there and he's skinny and they treated him the same way judging a book by the cover. You may look at us and think we are poor. Which is wild because you don't know me. I did like the chair. It was comfortable but the way the guy treated me there I will never buy anything from there and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Purchased the 10X bed 3 years ago. Still performing like day 1. Best bed we have ever had. Dan Jr very knowledgeable and honest. Delivery and setup perfect. No excuses, just great performance!!!

We purchased our X 10 mattress at “Relax In Comfort” from Dan and it was delivered two days ago. We’re sleeping much better and can’t believe how much this bed is going to improve our sleep. This is the only bed you’ll ever need for the rest of your life. My husband and I cannot believe the difference in just two days. We woke up with no pain at all. We slept on Tempur-pedic mattresses previously and we wish we would have know about the x10. You have got to try this bed. A Great company with great customer service.

My experience at Relax in Comfort - Villages was fantastic! I got to try out the Kai GT59 massage chair with the help of manager Roberta Randall. She and her team were so kind and helpful, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable! They greeted my family and I with a smile as we walked in and engaged with each one of us in a kind and professional manner. As for the products, this place truly had the Cadillacs of sleep and relaxation. The massage chair felt like sitting in an ultra comfy space ship - I felt like I was in Wall-E! 10/10 would fall asleep here :)
Relax in Comfort was truly a lovely experience and a must-visit when in The Villages!
