This Re/Max franchise is part of a larger organization of realtor brokers. Broker-agents and standard agents.
I stopped into this location looking for a particular agent after calling, texting and leaving messages with the agent directly and with the office they work from. The agent in question finally returned my call / messages by the very end of the day.
In the interim, while I was waiting for multiple realtors to return my calls, I was given a business card to contact and speak with the owner / broker of this Re/Max about a listing. I made the call and left a voice message for the broker Bob Deichman & his wife agent Nancy-Bob Deichman. While waiting for a response from either one I received a text message from Bob's number stating like so "I can't talk to you now" as if he was responding to his wife, Nancy-Bob, that was pestering good ol' Bobby to go moe the lawn or get with the weeding done around the yard.
That was back on June 10th today's the 19th I thought to myself, after receiving Bob's text that he most likely has entirely way too much money and didn't need my listing,,. I'm also quite surprised that Bob actually took the time out from bobbing for apples to respond to my call with a generic quick response text message. So, I did what any self respecting homeowner with a desire to put their home on the open market would do... I removed 3 stars from my Re/Max rating and wrote a little thank you to Bob in my review... all because Bob Deichman was simply too lazy to pjck up a phone and return my call. So, I gladly listed with an competing agent that was eager to work for me, a competing agent that brought amenities to the table and began working with / for me even before the listing agreement was signed.
The house is now in the process of being "spit shined" and freshened up so when my home hits the open market, I'm expecting it to fly right off the shelf. ?
And it will Bob... and Nancy-Bob.
Here's to seeing stars ? ?
So Bob, do you really like apples ? ?

We are working on purchasing a property in the area and chose this agency to represent us. Our agent is working very hard to make this deal happen. The incident that upset me is that this Realtor owns the insurance company in the adjoining office. We went to this insurance agent for quotes on homeowners insurance and the agent said that some carriers would have issues with some of the items from the home inspection. Insurance companies only require 4 point and wind mitigation reports and this agent should never have been privy to the home inspection report. Obviously the unethical ignorant realtors shared our private information with the insurance company and now we can no longer purchase insurance from them. Not cool!

Cindy Cristiano is fabulous! We used her recently to sell our house in Pearland, Texas. She worked incredibly hard to get it sold! Although the market changed, she still got us a very fair offer and helped to get it closed quickly. She always made herself available for questions from a very nervous seller. I hope we didn't drive her too crazy! She is very professional and knows what she's doing.EXPERIENCE MATTERS!!!

We were referred to Cindy Steinemann by our realtor in Pennsylvania. Cindy called us the same day - actually within the hour. Two other agents we had contacted did not call us back at all. Cindy went above and beyond in helping us get the house we wanted including doing a FaceTime call in the pouring rain so we could see the house remotely. Cindy has a team that works with her and they are wonderful as well. Every deadline was met ahead of time and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying a home in Florida.

Laura Carver provided our family with the best service I have ever had from a real estate agent. I have been in real estate for 20 years n Kentucky. When my uncle passed I had to find someone to sale his property from 800 miles away. I never met Laura, we spoke through email, texts , and a few calls. The sale of this home was handled professionally and everything executed properly. She even went out of her way to deliver some personnel items to a neighbor for our family.
