At Publix right now.
Man comes running in reporting that a woman fell in the lot.
Assistant Manager RUNS out.
Within 15 seconds I hear ‘General Manager needed in the front IMMEDIATELY’
3 min later, we could hear the ambulance in its way.
As we left the person was still on the ground, with 2 managers and abt 5 fellow shoppers helping her.
THIS is how it’s supposed to work. Kudos to Publix at Mulberry. I will def leave y’all a 5 ⭐️ review on Google!
