Publix pharmacy customer service was horrid the day I visited. I was asking a ? about a 85 $ prescription 30 day supply if it was better to get 90 days and a ballpark price. Stephanie did not have the time of day, told me to either buy it or move along. She complained the other Associate was new, I did say apparently you are too in a calm demeanor. She was upset also cause I was trying to look up on good rx but reception is terrible. I have stood in line 5 back and patiently wait while customers ask questions. So was I discriminated against? Is this normal for publix? I've only been a customer for 2 and a half years. So I'm done! My business was transferred to walgreens which I did a few but now 100% more convenient with drive thru so no extra money being spent at publix Sorry Publix

Have been coming to this pharmacy for my prescriptions for a few years but will not be going back. Went to get a vaccine on 6/8 and called on 6/14 because the vaccine is not showing on my immunization records which I need for school. Was told that FL Shots (vaccine database) updates periodically and I probably just missed the cutoff. Got my records again today and the vaccine is still not on there. I went to the pharmacy to try to resolve this and they essentially told me call corporate it’s out of their hands. I work in a doctor’s office and I’ve used Florida shots. There is NO reason why they can’t put it in when they do have access to FL Shots. After calling corporate I was told there was no reason the pharmacy shouldn’t be able to do that and was just tossed around from line to line and my issue still isn’t resolved. I have no proof of my vaccination and the pharmacy that administered it is refusing to do their job and update my records. Very disappointed and concerned because I’m not just trying to get my records updated for no reason. I need them for school and I have a deadline. This pharmacy is useless.

I have received stellar service from this store. The pharmacy can be tough because many customers take time for explanations etc. The person that said nasty things about the black girl that works there were shameful. That Rep has always been wonderful when I’ve been there and she is on shift.

Went in to fill prescriptions, black lady at the register was racist and lazy said they can't fill prescriptions, white girl said they would be ready after 3pm the following day so I had the manager handle the situation, now prescriptions will be ready by closing time. Pray for America!

the deli is going downhill FAST! Waited 30 minutes for a online order when they were making subs and sending people out the door, get home with no oil & vinegar packets.

Again another disappointing deli experience! 4 customers waiting one man working subs one lady cleaning out front and a couple more on back! Why why why this is the worst PUBLIX ever. Need some brand training and corporate help!

So after waiting over 10 min for a sub in line, I had the deli sub shop worker tell me to hold on when it came to my turn for a sub because she had a online order. This was after she serviced 2 other customers in front of me. This is not how Publix is at any other store. I guess They don't care about the customers at this location. Very disappointing.

You know when you have surgery on any part of your leg and it’s hard to get around and most people these days are rude and very unkind. For the last three weeks that I needed to run into Publix and get something for dinner or coffee filters not only the staff, but also the shoppers have been so kind and asking if I needed help with anything since I’m on crutches. With all the BS that has gone on this year it’s nice to see people caring and trying to help others. Thank you.

This is the worst Publix ever. I live across the street and always go to another Publix. The deli is the worst department with poor service and no pre made food ever, including lunch and dinner time when other Publix's are stocked for the meal time rush. The meat department is second in the ranking as horrible. The staff is bothered if you want a different cut of meat or a package split. And if it looks like you are going to ask a question they run the other way. When you do ask a question they are rude. The fish and bakery are average nothing to write home about. The next horrible part is the line you will wait in to check out. They only open a few lanes so be prepared to wait. This review is not a one time stop that I made. This is horrible consistency through the years. They are always ready to disappoint. If you have a few more minutes of time drive to the next Publix in the village's just pick any other one. They are much better and you will thank me.
