Called to update my insurance information. The young lady told men to just come in and do it. I told her I was sick and someone else would have to pick up my medication. I didn't want to come in the store and spread germs. She said well then just give the information to them and someone can do it when they come in. So rude and didn't sound like she wanted to help in any way. The pharmacy has gotten very bad over the last year. I will be switching .

Rude and slow service. 4 people working in the pharmacy, all by their computers. Not a single one acknowledged I had been standing in the pickup line for 5 minutes. When I asked for help, someone came, and told me my prescription was not yet ready It had been more than 4 hours, but "they were backlogged and it would be ready in 15 minutes". Will never go back.

Bought Nestle drumsticks at publix. Worse drumsticks I've ever had from Nestle. Ice cream had ice Crystal's all through it. Looks like there adding water to there ice cream. Doesn't anyone take pride in there product anymore. Won't be wasting money on this product anymore.

Very clean, good customer service, well stocked grocery market! We came near lunch time and it was busy...so busy we didn't wait in line for the deli. Next time, Publix!

If I could give less than one star I would. The wait times are ridiculous and no one ever answers the phone. When you do finally get to speak to somebody they have a horrible attitude. I work in healthcare and I know how stressful things are since covid... But you can still be decent to people!

This has been my pharmacy for years. Used to be good but now they leave you standing at the pickup counter with no acknowledgement until someone feels like coming over. I’ve been waiting 28 hours for them to fill my prescription for antibiotics and when I finally gave up and dragged myself in they told me to take a seat and wait for 45 minutes. Absolutely inexcusable, I’ll be switching to another pharmacy.

Truly pathetic customer service! I was actually left standing at the register when the person helping me just clocked out and left. I absolutely couldn't believe how I was treated. I've been a Publix pharmacy customer for many years, but recently the lines, wait times, and poor attitudes of the pharmacy staff have become unbearable. I understand that businesses are short staffed, but that does not excuse the bad experiences I've had here. I'm definitely moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

At least get someone who knows how to handle the registers s prescriptions. If not then train them properly don’t sit there and watch them struggle. I mean who types with two fingers still come on now.

Just called to see if my NEW prescription was ready and the automated attendant wanted to know the RX number. Obviously since it is a new RX I didn't have a RX number. After three requests for that number rather then forwarding to at Pharmacy Tech the call was disconnected. I called back again, this time requested to speak to a Tech and the system advised that the Pharmacy was closed for lunch 2 to 3. No where on the web site does it indicate the Pharmacy closes for lunch. I worked at this store as recently as January and never saw it closed for lunch.

Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I switched to another pharmacy and have no issue. I get my medications on time and don't have to wait because Publix says I have to.
