“Love Publix pharmacies. My physician called in my scripts and the store was short on one of the scripts. Knowing that I needed the script, the Deaton store contacted the Publix pharmacy down the street and confirmed they had my scripts in stock and transferred the order so that I may receive both scripts this evening. I didn’t even have to ask. They offered to take on the task. Most places would have told me to wait until the next day. That’s excellent customer service. Thank you for caring and taking the time to make sure I had access to my scripts. I know how busy you all are. ❤️”

“As stated in reviews for other Publix locations, I like them as a chain. I like the colors, decor, and lighting, as opposed to Save A Lot which is dreadful. Publix is always clean and well- stocked. The staff are all cordial. So they must be well managed as these things were true at this location, as they are at Magnolia or Lake Deaton. This one is near the crazy busy Lowe's, so convenient if you are going there.”
“The staff at this Publix pharmacy is super friendly. When I went in tonight, Zach knew who I was before I gave him my name. I guess I'm there too often?? lol He went above and beyond tonight. I was picking up two prescriptions, but I didn't realize one of them that was always free was no longer free. I didn't have the money for both prescriptions and he went online and found a coupon for me, which brought it down to where I could get both prescriptions. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I appreciate you Zach!! Thank you!”

“The Walgreens on Mulberry could not fill my prescription. When I called on Thursday, I was told it would be here today. It wasn't.
They said this Walgreens could fill the prescription. I called this Walgreens, and they were very polite on the phone and had my prescription done promply.

For whatever reason, the men seem to be very happy and friendly where other woman seems to be obnoxious Karen's looking to fight with you like they work for Spirit or something.”

His personality lends itself to excelling somewhere away from the customers. Although I don't think he plays well with others either. He's the only one that should be removed from the customer service section of the pharmacy. Perhaps he would be better at stocking shelves.”

“We had a great experience at the Publix Super Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce, meats, and everyday essentials. The layout made it easy to find everything we needed, and the aisles were wide and easy to navigate.
Customer service was a standout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help at every turn. One employee even walked us to an item we couldn’t find something you don’t see often anymore. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait time.
