Made appointment for my cocker spaniel mix dog for grooming. They told me I needed a letter from the vet at home (because he was an older dog) and of course an up to date of his last vacinne s. I called the vet at home and they sent the letter (on letter head) saying he had a full exam August 2023. They stated he had dental and skin Papillomas and was good to go with NO HEALTH Issues that would keep him from grooming. They asked me to bring letters from vet in the day before grooming the manager told me they needed more info. I told her there was no more info, he's a healthy dog. Manager said he should have an exam every six months. I pointed out the letter stated his last exam was 4 months ago. Then she proceeds to tell me to go somewhere else. I admit I was very rude after the conversation. I took all information they asked me to bring in the day before the grooming appointment. They never saw the dog or asked me for any more info. I was just told to go someplace else. Yeah, right a week before Christmas. If they over booked they should have had the courtesy to tell me. I have Never run into a situation like this before.

If I could give a 0, i would, not just for this store but for the company as a whole. It seems its impossible to contact the corporate office( just puts you through to indian call centers that hang up on you). But as for the order I placed for a 55 gallon aquarium that was cracked on the bottom, the store manager refused to give any kind of store credit for the time and gas i wasted even though the store is an hour away from me. I wasnt asking for much just store credit for fish food and such for reimbursement for fuel and time. The employess that loaded it up said it was good only to get home and find it was unusable. After calling the support line several time and being hung up on( I wasn't being ugly or cursing), I still cant get ahold of an actual person from petco itself just call centers. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PETCO AS THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!!!!. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT HERE!!!!!!!. Futhermore whoever is the store manager at the villages location at 600 US HWY 441 in the villages Florida shame on you for not treating customers right, you shouldnt be a manager if that's how you treat customers. PONEPPE from the advertising number that actually helped me was amazing, don't call the customer service line call the advertising line to get results.

Wonderful experience! Carla was fantastic on the floor helping us locate items. We took our dog to get groomed there and Tara was amazing. She was so kind, patient with our dog, and incredibly knowledgeable about her work. Highly recommend for dog grooming and ask for Tara. Great experience overall. (I posted this on google as well I was so happy)

Awful staff in the grooming ! They changed my name in there system to -Yasmine no shows McDonald Cancels. After 1 time not showing due to family emergency! I went to the store to Confirm that is what is said and the groomers acted dumb fOudned! Terrible people and low quality grooming. Take your fur babys to a bEtter salon like WOOF GANG !

Liked the cut. Liked the service. Liked the salon. Was planning to go back. However, I'm very put off by the promise of the 8th groom free and not given. After multiple calls. Customer service in phillipines. I was finally told by USA corporate only available on apple products (iPhone, ipad). I tried, Does not work on ipad. This Seems like a come on. Dont appreciate that! No problem with salon or groom. Just the rewards promised and not given! I dont like being promised something only to find out after you make the purchase it was false advertising.

NEW-- IN THE NEWS! 2019 At least, January through May PETCO will do a trial run of getting rid of Foods with unhealthy additives... AN AWESOME WAY TO SEND AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO DOG FOOD COMPANIES that we want Healthy options for our pet babies! Their Health is Important to their Families, of course! THIS IS A CAUSE WORTH SUPPORTING!

Never really been a fan of Petco. I have preferred to shop at Petsmart because the prices are a little bit cheaper. I went online to look for a product. I found what I wanted and in the price range. I went to Petco and the item was priced at $29.99 on it was priced at $13.79 so I brought it to the register and asked if they price matched there website. The manager said no so I walked out of the store. Thats BS if you ask me. It is like false advertisement. I wouldn't have even bothered driving there if I knew that was going to happen. I got home and decided to call customer service and ask about it. They told me that as a 1 time courtesy they would price match and they would send it to me however I would then need to pay shipping. I have a website I can get what I needed off of that it is cheaper the only reason that I went to the store to begin with is because I need it now. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Its a good thing I am not a customer however I will never do any type of business here in the future.
