“I recently purchased furniture from Babette's in Brownwood in The Villages and was very happy with the furniture, service, and delivery. Carol C., the interior designer at the store, spent several hours helping me coordinate colors, fabrics, and sizing/spacing of furniture for our new home. She was very patient and helpful with suggestions for everything. The delivery crew, Shane and Harold, treated the furniture with great care and spent a couple of hours getting it all off the truck and set up in the house. I am a very happy customer! “We were in your store a few weeks ago, and spoke to Roberta. Our 10-year old Human Touch recliner no longer reclined. The foot rest worked, but not the recliner. We knew that the chair was no longer under warranty, but wanted to check our options, and possibly buy a new chair. Roberta showed us the new chairs ($3900). She then gave us contact information for the Human Touch company. We contacted them, they diagnosed the problem, and we ordered a part. Instead of paying $3900 for a new chair, the part cost $245. We are so grateful for Roberta’s help. Not all businesses would have done that. We will definitely do business with Relax in Comfort again and highly recommend them.
