You did it again. You are supposed to call me before you charge my card. You called me last month and said it was fixed and I would receive a call.

I was just on with somebody trying to give her my refill # and they just hung up on me. I tried calling back but because it just hit closing time for them they won’t answer. If you decide to hang up on a customer a few minutes before your closing time, then you are not going to stay in business long. I understand if it’s after hours but this was rude!

I called 2 days ago, I was supposed to get delivered meds yesterday. Nothing, no call, no delivery. So far my experience is awful!

Terrible delivery service!!! They give you a 2-6pm window and don't deliver until at least 9pm. The pharmacy closes at 5pm for the latest departure so what are these drivers doing for four+ hours?!?

I just started using this pharmacy about a year ago. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and the pharmacist is one of the reasons I switched. It’s nice to know if you need questions about medications and other concerns he is always willing to help me when I call.

This place is involved in a similar scheme that Valiant Pharma ran with their drugs. Doctors will refer you to this pharmacy, saying you can't get your medication at a regular chain, such as CVS or Walgreens, and need to get it from Lake Sumpter. This company will then inflate the price to the insurance company. If you ask why you need to get it from this pharmacy, they'll feed you a baloney story about a "coupon". Best thing you can do is to demand your doctor to send your script to a regular pharmacy and report this chain and your doctor to your insurance company. I understand that Andrew Left at Citron research has also been informed of the practice here.

They told me one price on the phone then charged me double when my script arrived in the mail. My prescription is supposed to be sent monthly but when they actually send it is sporadic and unreliable. They went 3 months without sending it then sent two shipments less than a month apart.
