Let me just say I’m shocked this is a 4.9 rating business. Where do I begin the very first day that I was supposed to meet my rap Ben it was a Monday morning. My appointment was at 8:30. I showed up at 8:15. It was 845 and he still had not arrived. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The receptionist was just very odd. She didn’t try to contact anyone regarding someone who was late for my appointment. And was eating an apple the whole time. My father just passed away so we had some tax Issues they filed my taxes, which were simple and then I left everything for him to do. He needed some information from the IRS so we signed that and what was odd is that he didn’t know how my mother was supposed to sign if she was signing on the behalf of a deceased person. He literally googled it Which was very strange to me if you’re that professional in the tax field. After several phone calls to Maxine actually returning her call no calls back. Several calls to Ben no calls back He at least needed to file an extension. He comes down from Gainesville two days a week and I have idea Why he would even be assigned to my case I need someone here doing diligent work on these taxes. To wrap it up I stop by today, April 9 To get my parents folder and take it to another tax place Nothing was done nothing And they’ve had everything for two weeks, not even an extension filed Absolutely the worst horrific experience, considering my parents taxes are a mess because my dad had dementia. Thank you, H&R Block for making a difficult time even worse

Barbara Jean is an amazing tax professional in this center! She is very thorough and explained everything throughout the process! She made the process very easy and I personally will continue to use her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for help with taxes as well!
