Ive been going to Happy Nails for almost a year now and I never leave disappointed! Lily is hands down the best!! She’s fun to talk with, makes sure my nails are exactly how I want, very detailed and gentle. And with pedicures, I nearly fall asleep! So relaxing. She’s the best! I’ve been getting my nails done for close to 20 years now, so I’ve been to many salons!! I can say that this one is my favorite! Super clean, everyone is friendly. I can call and get in the same day. Couldn’t be happier!

I specifically asked for a manicure because I wanted a manicure and I wanted my cuticles and nails cleaned up. The person who took my appt. confirmed this would be done.The Nail Technician (LiLi) was very rough and seemed to rush. She started to put nail extensions over my nails which were in bad shape with overgrown skin and needed to be cleaned up. When I told her I wanted my cuticles done she said "We do not do your cuticles if you get gel powder." I have been getting my nails done for years and they ALWAYS clean up the cuticles, either before or after the extension and powder is done. She argued with me about it but then removed the 3 extensions and cleaned the cuticles. She said the man who made the appt. "Must have forgotten to tell me." Since I spent 110.00 in your salon and gave almost a 30.00 tip, it should not be too much for a Customer to get what they were promised when they made the appt. I also did not appreciate the blasting 80's rock music....not very relaxing. I will not be back.

The staff at Happy Nails and Spa are friendly and professional! The atmosphere is relaxing and spotlessly clean. I always leave with gorgeous nails and a smile on my face!

Paid $45 for nails thick, sideways & uneven nails. Asked nail tech to use dremel underneath nails 3x & work is so shotty I have to go back & ask them to be redone. Not clean & unsanitary.

We have been here a couple times and it has never exceeded our expectations, however, today I feel I must leave a negative comment. The workers there came off like they were making fun of my 89 year old step mother. They were looking in her direction, speaking Vietnamese and laughing. It made my father and I very uncomfortable and a little angry. Another thing I noticed is their tools were not taken from a sterilized place at all just in a basket! I hope I don't develop an infection by their use of dirty tools!! So many choices in the villages I suggest you go elsewhere!

I made a pedicure appointment two days in advance, which I was taken almost 30 minutes late for. The workers came off as very standoffish from the moment I walked in. Not only was the water cold during my entire pedicure, but Kevin2 barely paid attention to what he was doing. He ultimately ended up ripping open my skin in two different places when he was scrubbing my feet. The overall finished paint job was mediocre at best. They also charge you extra for a "massage & hot stone" experience that I never asked for. Incredibly disappointing experience, will never go back.
