Great customer service by their very knowledgeable staff. I never feel rushed when I purchase my new running shoes from them. They also have a very good return policy if your new shoes don't workout for any reason.

I have purchased shoes from Fleet Feet at two separate times. Each time the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They have a nice selection of quality shoes (Brooks is my personal favorite). I have been completely satisfied with each of my shopping experiences there and will continue to take my business there.

I was having problems walking with a painful bone spur on my heel and also I'm awaiting a knee replacement. I found my sales person to be very knowledgeable, informative, professional and not pushy. I was given several shoes to test walk in the store and found one that worked for my situation. This is not a quick process as they began by asking me a lot of questions about my type of activity and then put me on a foot computer scanner which gave an unbelievable amount of information regarding the correct shoe. I am very happy with my purchase and can finally walk without as much pain. If you are looking for cheap activity shoes then this isn't the store for you but if you are looking for professional shoe experts who will spend time to get the correct shoe, then this is the place.

This Fleet store has staff that are very well trained and are knowledgeable about their products. The general atmosphere in the store is positive and the staff members are always friendly. They genuinely want to get you into the best accessories for you that will keep you exercising and active.
