I have one BIG complaint.
A young Asian man whom I have never seen there before. Thought he knew what he was doing with the photo kiosk and messed up the whole system by unplugging and plugging in the wrong wires and almost broke my phone trying to plug it in. I have used this photo kiosk multiple times and even helped others to use it. When I tried to explain he had the wrong wires, he pushed me and grabbed the right wires from my hands. When my husband returned to try to do it with Bluetooth, the young man had placed all different wires into all different plugs. Leaving the photo machine unless. Please advise your people if the machine isn't working, to leave a note on it and call a photo tec in to fix it and not try and fix themselves. Also, please tell your employees we are not all old and incapable of showing how it can be done.

I love the CVS coupon program. It allows use of numerous coupons at one time. They have updated their app and it is much more user-friendly.

I tried to get a Covid 19 test for my wife who also has Parkinson’s disease unable to confirm an appt online after 40 minutes so I called pharmacy - they could care less - I told them I could not make an appt with the phone I have - could they please help me schedule a Covid test - so the Doctor can then treat properly- they were just horribleI willNever use Any CVS store againIf I could give zero stars I would

William the pharmacy tech is a lazy pos! Had to get in line 3 times this last visit to deal with a competent tech! I am sorry William that you are a miserable prematurely balding young man, but do your damn job!

"I arrived to drop off my UPS packages, but I was refused help to print a label. I talked to Angel, the regional manager, but he couldn't figure out how to print the label either. He made an excuse about his inventory being off and how they can't receive emails, which I believe is a lie. It's disappointing to see the regional manager backing up the store manager's poor service. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and the employees lacked energy. I suggest shopping elsewhere. I will have my assistant file a formal complaint with UPS corporate today."

Buyer, beware!!I used to have good luck at CVS pharmacy. I always use the app to fill prescriptions and pay for them. My husband was picking up one prescription that I had already paid for and the clerk filled another that I had not wanted. He wasn't sure if I needed it or not and wanted to be on the safe side by picking it up. He was charged $80 when i usually pay four dollars. He went back within a few days trying to figure out why this had happened and they told him there was nothing they could do. I called and they said they could have swapped it out for a different plan like good RX and it would've only been $25 but it had to have been done within two weeks. Unfortunately it is now past that time, and they will not do anything. very disappointing that they would not support their customers and would happily charge $80 for something that is normally four dollars and not take responsibility for what their employees are telling their customers. Very disappointing.Walgreens assists their customers by making suggestions when they pick up their prescriptions and the cost seems out of line. CVS obviously does not do that as the manager Phuong told me today.Please be aware and consider using Walgreens if you are able.
