If I could put - 5, I would! I had State Farm over 20 years! I transferred it to this agents office and got a call, but that was 3 years ago. That person retired and calling for Connie Wise anytime I just got the run around. I called several times over the last few years and had to call corporate many times which is a headache too as they don’t want to talk to you and divert you to your agent. Well, a year and a half ago I went in to chance the bank account that 2 monthly policy payments were taken from. I went in and handed over my banking info then I got a notice that my policy expired so had to fix that. Then on 12-8-23 my husband and I decided after 2 rate increases with no accidents or claims and no phone calls that we would switch to another company. We paid the other company in advance for 6 months on car and on home insurance with another company. We both still had life insurance with State Farm. The Allstate agent told us that they would send over that day to State Farm and the house insurance. Well the house insurance did what was sent, but State Farm charged by checking account on 2-25-23! I had to call around and still it has taken 2 months. On 2-15-24 I called Connie Wises’s office and spoke to the new person who claimed their office took awhile to process it and the less expensive car policy cancelled before the newer more expensive car policy ! What??? I asked her to take the accumulated dividends on the one life insurance policy and pay the premiums for at least the next 12 months. She confirmed it was taken care of. Instead I got communications from corporate State Farm for bills and amounts due! This week I receive a partial refund! I call for Connie Wise yesterday and she is not available! Then I call State Farm and am on the phone over an hour with the run around and told they don’t understand what happened and they need to send it to Connie wise to fix. What? No call back today until I called at 12:30. Just right now while I was writing this at 1:00 the office manager called me back saying Connie was still not available. She did not know anything and didn’t understand . She said when she looked my life insurance dividends were NEVER set up to replace my monthly payments. Also, she didn’t know who my current agent was and when I looked up her name from last year she asked and that woman cannot remember ever talking to me! Run! The worst experience with an insurance office ever!

Excellent agency. Lisa is very experienced, caring & extremely knowledgeable. Wrote my homeowners & flood. Rates are good they review your insurance. They give you excellent options as well as discuss various deductible options. Lisa was great!

Don't return phone calls. Fails to complete commitments. Grown past their capabilities to serve customers. Pulled all policies out to another State Farm agency

Please stop raising my rates. I'm a safe driver. My rate increased$12.76 in a couple months. I'm tired of paying for everyone else accidents. Maybe a reward for safe drivers instead.

I've had terrible luck with state farm in general. Left the original ofc and switched to Connie Wise but it didn't help. I never get a return call when I leave a msg. They infrequently answer the phone so u have no choice but to leave a msg. The after hrs answering service is always friendly and helpful but they ALWAYS say they're going to request the ofc call me when they open back up and they never have! Def don't recommend and currently searching for a better insurance (hoping that exists)

Convenient location off of 466. Friendly and helpful staff. I have used them for all my vehicle needs with competitive rates. During the pandemic the company cut prices by 10percent to help their customers out. Good company
