Beautiful, welcoming, and great value. My daughter Jillian and I, Stayed for 2 days. Slept well and the decor was pleasant. Very clean. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I reserved a room with two queen size beds overlooking the pool. My 83 year old mother had a MRI and pet scan, I knew she would be exhausted. I asked for a room close to the entrance so she wouldn't have to walk as far. They gave me a smaller room, two full beds, and a horrible view of their roof and parking lot, and the price stayed the same. And they charged me 100 dollars extra for our small dog. Not a deposit, an additional $100 in a $161 room. Not a great way to treat customers!Food & drinks: Wolfgang Puck has a restaurant adjacent to the hotel and hospital, the meatloaf was dry and not much flavor and the schnitzel was equally as tasteless. The calamari was good. It was on the happy hour menu.

Stayed for the first time and was very pleasantly suprised. Beautiful hotel and spa. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a massage at the spa and it was wonderful. The spa is something that you would expect to see at a large resort. I highly recommend.

Everything about the hotel and it's personal is excellent without exception. We will be back and will highly recommend it to all our friends.Nikki in the lounge bar must be given extra credit for making everyone, including those not with the 'marriage celebration crowd' feel included and well served - exemplary service with a huge smile - one can't ask for more.Thank you for such a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay at brownwood hotel and spa with a few exceptions. First, I want to say that the staff is very pleasant to deal with. The hotel is beautiful. My kids loved the pool. Since the pool is 3-3.5 ft deep throughout 75% they enjoyed it even more. The deepest part was about 5ft. I can’t recall the exact foot. Anyway, we enjoyed it all except for these few minor things.1. The room was very humid. No matter what temperature we set the thermostat to it was still very humid. Our pillows were even moist when going to bed.2. There was no bathroom ventilation. This may have also contributed to the humid room. Although it was very humid the moment we walked in. It had a musky mold smell.3. When I checked in I was asked if we wanted room service daily. I said yes because I have three children and we would need fresh linens. That never happened. We had to go down and ask for towels each day. There wasn’t enough towels for the four of us either. I don’t have a problem asking for more trowels but I think it’s pointless to ask if I want housekeeping and it doesn’t happen.

Room was dirtier than expected, walls had black marks on them from, I assume, suitcases and such but made for dirty feeling and made me wonder what else is dirty I can't see. Had me at the end of the hall so was (hopefully) a little louder in the morning because I was next to the maintenance and office rooms but was a little annoying as I had saved and spent so much to stay here and was looking forward to sleeping in and peace and quiet. Spa was good, Wolfgang Puck restaurant ok, pizza not great, caresar salad had no taste, steak was delicious but restaurant atmosphere was lacking and places that serve food shouldn't allow animals in them. All employees were very nice.

Brownwood Spa. Naomi is very personable, professional, always bubbly, and positive. She asks pertinent questions concerning my skin, assess my skin, and designs my facial to achieve the highest benefit. In doing so, dead skin is removed, clogged pores are cleared, and moisture is put back in my very dry skin from hours of being in the sun and pool. Naomi recommends products that have brought my skin back to life, but she does not push products. She thoroughly explains and demonstrates any products that I am interested in purchasing. Naomi provides an atmosphere of relaxation and calmness. She is a special one and I always look forward to seeing her every month. I have recommended her to friends and they have always gotten in touch with me to say how excited they were to find her. They are now her clients as well. See for yourself. I’m sure you will be as thrilled as we all are.

I recently stayed here for a work event. Overall the hotel isn’t a bad place and the bar is great. The hotel is beautiful. But I did experience mold in the room I stayed in. It was in multiple places in the room and in areas that would typically be cleaned by housekeeping. So I brought it to their attention, and the concierge I spoke with switched my room but showed no real interest in the seriousness of mold being throughout my room. Declined to see pictures or take note of the location of the mold. It did piss me off somewhat because I have an allergy to mold spores and I got super sick and couldn’t figure out why until I finally had time to stop and looked around the room and seen mold everywhere. It could also be in the AC system. I did not start feeling better until I completely checked out of the hotel. I hope this helps for anyone who has this same allergy that is severe. I did complete their personal survey where i expressed this concern.Sn: the wifi for streaming was not good.Rooms: First room, had mold. Second room was cleaner but less amenities.Food & drinks: The bar drinks are great. The restaurant was okay.

A Memorable Stay with Outstanding ServiceI recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with my father and our small dog, and I cannot express enough how delightful our experience was. From the moment we checked in until our departure, every aspect of our stay at this establishment was exceptional. We stay multiple times a year and also use your spa under Coleman.First and foremost, let me commend the hotel's staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Brittany, Ryan, and John, in particular, stood out with their unwavering dedication to customer service. Brittany greeted us with a warm smile at check-in and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her friendly and accommodating nature made us feel right at home. Ryan was exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable information when I asked about our folio. John, the concierge, was a true gem and I saw them handle larger check-in groups and challenging guests with patience and grace. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our stay.One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's pool area. The pool was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation. The surrounding deck area was beautifully landscaped, offering a serene setting to soak up the sun. My father and I spent many enjoyable hours by the pool.Cleanliness and quality are paramount when choosing a hotel, and this establishment exceeded our expectations in both regards. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness was truly commendable and greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction.Being a pet-friendly hotel was a significant factor in our choice, and we were thrilled with how well our furry family member was received. I loved how Brittany and team greeted Chester every time he came and went for walks with me.In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm and helpful staff to the pristine pool area and the overall cleanliness and quality of the establishment, every aspect of our stay was memorable. My husband and I had the best experience at Brownwood! Our favorite thing, believe it or not, was getting drinks and food at the Lobby Bar and talking with the bartender Nikki. Interacting with her and watching her work was like stepping into a movie scene and she's the perfect bartender/server anyone could ask for in her customer service and passion. Can't wait to visit again!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were designed with comfort lined with luxury. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The staff was great. Located in the heart of all things eating, shopping and leisure. The only negative is Uber won’t find the address!

What a wonderful hotel! For a few dollars more than the no-tell motels by the exit off the highway we stayed here and we are so glad we did! Very clean, new, comfortable, western motif rooms with all kinds of perks. The shower was amazing too! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at the Brownwood Hotel! The western theme throughout is fun, the rooms are clean and spacious as is the beautiful bathroom, and the pool was an enjoyable amenity. The staff and service are both excellent. Chanell at the Chef Studio breakfast, is friendly, attentive, and will start your day off with a smile. Nikki, a hostess in the Lobby Bar, is very welcoming and always adds a personal touch that makes your evenings fun and pleasant! When we visit The Villages, we will always stay here.

Great hotel! Very nicely appointed with a mid Florida cowboy theme. Beautiful wedding and fireworks! Bed was fluffy, cozy and sheet’s very soft. Staff exemplary and very clean.
