I have been using this UPS location for years for various shipping needs. I have ALWAYS had great service and everyone I encountered was always helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, that was NOT the case this morning when I called to question why UPS Tracking was not registering the tracking # on my receipt (and Amazon had not yet registered the return I made). I spoke with KIM who was not only impatient, cutting me off while I was asking a question, but then actually HUNG up on me while I was trying to understand the answer. Unprofessional under any circumstances!

If superior customer service and satisfaction is of no importance to you then this might not be your store but if it is do not, I repeat do not go anywhere else. The entire staff at this Tequesta store is seriously outstanding. They are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and genuinely want you to have a good experience.
I could not have been any more "spaced" out today between downloading emails, making copies and having something faxed yet they still delivered exemplary service with a smile and a large dose of patience. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and willingness to go beyond the extra mile. Go there today even if you don't need anything just to remind yourself that there are still really above average merchants out there.

This was one of the best Ups stores I’ve been to. I was helped by Chantel, Kim, and Jenifer yesterday. They were kind and helped get me the best shipping prices for what I was sending. Day made! Thanks to you three!!

Wouldn’t ship a trigger assembly, because it’s part of a shotgun. This was shipped to me from the gun manufacturer using UPS. Won’t be using UPS anymore

I prefer going to a different store. I find the help here over worked and under paid attitude issues! Not going to go into my bad experience here but I won't be going back! If you have an Amazon return that is already labeled, put on the counter and get out before you become their next person to feel violated...a good drop off, I'll give em that!
