First time in the new location off Tequesta Drive. It did not disappoint and I met Greg who is a very nice person working there. Nice selection. Smoking area too!

The shop is big and comfortable . The guys who work there,Kenny and Greg are great. They make sure you are having a great experience. I can go to other lounges that are around ,but the guys who work there and the regulars who smoke there is the reason I spend my time there.

Every time I go in there, I’m completely ignored by the guy working there. If you have a question, good luck, as I feel like I’m bothering them every time I ask something. Won’t be going back, very unwelcoming. I’ll drive to West Palm to buy something before going back in there. I wish there was a local spot with some actual knowledgeable people there that wanted to help.

Unfortunately this location is not worthy of the Smoke Inn name. Poor customer service and most items were "out of stock" as stated by the seated employee smoking a cigar who waved at me to come closer to him so he didn't have to get up to speak to me. Waste of time.

Great selection of cigars. Prices Are 5-10% lower than Flame Liquors in Palm Beach Gardens. Very helpful and personable staff. Very cool place to hang out in a leather recliner and smoke your cigar!
