“Ventured out to visit down town Hobe Sound on Sunday. They have a Tiny area, (6) stores. Went into Lavish Palm the sister store. The stores are beautiful. I did purchase earrings. Sales ladies are very friendly & non pushy. Well an hour later my ears were hurting badly. The only reason I bought these beautiful earrings were because it states that they are 18kt gold plated. Not so!! The store policy is no returns for a refund!!!”

“The store in located in Palm Beach Gardens Mall on the second floor for you all big holiday spenders. Our flight was delayed, and off we went to the Mall for Holiday shopping. Funny, my daughter and wife's radar led us to Chanel. I must say, the staff was lovely and security was friendly. The selection of jewelry and bags were wonderful according to my wide and daughter. I must say I did like their choices in earrings, and I was surprised that is all we bought. I thought the cost of the earrings were good considering what I might of thought I might spend. “I went to journeys yesterday, not expecting to find the mega crushes by crocs. But I wish I could remember his name. It was either Brian or Ryan, but he was a total sweetheart, and he found my exact size and he was super polite and kind I will definitely return to journeys next time I need a pair of shoes and ask for him specifically he was a sweetheart and made it my shopping experience. Very lovely. I ended up buying some pins for the shoes which I wasn’t expecting to do but it is still nice to go in the store and be able to be treated kindly by staff (actual people) since everybody buy stuff on Amazon. No one gets to speak to customer service anymore. I had a really good experience overall!”
“I had to get a LP dress that my girlfriend really wanted on Valentine’s Day. I went to grab it, and found out they didn’t have the size she needed. The woman working there introduced herself as Nicole and immediately set to work trying to check the back for me. When they didn’t have it, she personally called another store and reserved the size for me, writing down the address and number. I drove to the other store and sure enough, they held it for me under my name. My girl loved the dress, and wore it out to dinner that night.Now that’s what I call service! Thanks Nicole!”
“I go to a lot of shoe places, it’s one of my hobbies. You meet all types of owners, managers, employees etc. When you know what you want, a lot of that stuff doesn’t make that much of a difference. Chris however made the experience special. He just offered knowledge and narrowed my choices rather quickly, he was very polite to my wife and I. On top of the good selection, he’s gonna be a reason that I’ll always check up on new drops at Impossible. Phil was very helpful too, he made sure I got the proper fit and again was very pleasant. The owner is a very down to earth guy too, he’s passionate about the culture ?????”

“Amazing selection for women’s apparel and fragrance, although I often have to shop around without being greeted before I get help on the women’s floor. A few times I have had my hands full before being approached.
The sales on apparel are better here than anywhere I have ever shopped so I definitely recommend.
