I used to come here all the time, but there appears to be new staff and the quality/color choices of the nail polish is not what it used to be. I took my kids for their first experience and they separated us...even though I had made a reservation. I finally asked if we could move my youngest to be next to me, which they did accommodate.

I am happy with the great service I receive. I get a gel nail manicure and I have a pedicure as well, by Kevin. I have received great service from the moment I scheduled my appointment until my service is completed. The staff is warm and friendly and they go above and beyond in their service to customers.

They don't listen to what you want. I do not recommend this place unless you want messy nails. I could hear them laughing at the customers. I could understand a few things they said ridiculing them laughing at what they said to them over the phone. I felt the nail tech tried to just get me out of there as soon as possible. She was super gluing all of my skin to the bottom of my nails. I wish I got her name. I went in for an acrylic set with my friend they seemed to rush us into the seats I was very confused. The woman asked what I wanted I showed her a photo and she just grabbed my hands and started sanding the tops of my nails off lol. I told the nail tech I specifically did not want gel because I knew it costed more money, she proceeded to put gel on ALL of my nails. I didn't realize until she had me put my hand under the gel curing light. Both mine and my friend's nails were NOT worth 130$. The nails are so misshapen, the nail tech did a terrible job with my polish and it is hardened. There is no fixing where she over painted my nails and there is spots on my nail that aren't even painted! My nails are different lengths. She didn't bother to push my cuticles back or give me a massage like the other clients inside of the store. I would definitely not visit this place again I am extremely disappointed with the service! I shouldn't have given them a tip. I am extremely unhappy with my nails.

Johnny did a phenomenal job with my pedicure! On the other hand, my nails... I wasn't to pleased with as I believe she was the owner was not really Paying attention to detail and just doing her job. Anyway my nails were uneven , I wouldn't go back for my nails for sure. But for a pedicure with Johnny, anyday! The vibe was okay .

Worst pedicure ever. If you don't know a nail tech you get the worst one. Pedicure should be half an hour and it was maybe 15 minutes.

I love Allure Nails! I have been going for years.
Impeccably clean. Sue is amazing in fitting me in to see John.
John is a perfectionist and my nails and toes look great. My gel manicure lasts for weeks.

I had a 1:30 appointment and verified that it would be on my lunch break and it would fit in the timeframe. I walked out at 13:47 when a walk in came in after me was seated 1st ??♀️. They were on a first name basis with the walk in, so I guess an appointment for a new client doesn't matter.

I went in she tells me pick a color. I see the place is busy. Tbere are 3 people ahead of me so i wait. Two more peoe come in 10 minutes after the 3 people get seated. Asian lady directing knows them by name and from conversation i can tell they dont have appt. One lady ask if she should come back its not a problem. Second lady has only been there a few minutes. Aisian lady looks at me many times tben she seats the two women before me. I got up told her it wasnt right and walked out. Asian lady shouting no worry , no worry, you next. FU
