Pretty sure the teller stole $40 she said the machine counted 300. And then when she counted it was $320. I came to the drive thru with 340. I remember the exact denomination I had in bills. Then calls me and says she’s gonna remove 20$ of the 320$ that was deposited because it was never recovered from the machine. In my 12 years of banking with Wells Fargo this might be my last. And it takes like 30 minutes in the drive-through at least.

I came in this morning to upgrade my checking account. The 2 women were talking to each other and told me to call customer service & continued talking to each other. Complete waste of my time, no service at all

Worst bank ever!!! Always a 30 min-1hour wait. Staff is under trained & Usually always out the change that is needed. And tellers are super rude. Don’t know why the Raintree branch was closed if this branch can’t accommodate the business for both locations. Wells Fargo please do better.

Jay Harrington gave one of the best customer service and professional exchanges I've had at a bank. Nick was was great as well. They made this process easy & smooth during an involved situation. Jay also advised me on account types as well as options for future financial concerns. The drive thru ATM is great here too. Looking foreward to banking here soon!

Went in yesterday, 10/31/2022, and attempted to make a withdrawal from my account. I was told by the teller she felt uncomfortable with my withdrawal transaction and contacted the fraud department. Fraud department contacted me, and my title company to confirm the wire (that had already cleared my account) and case closed! Never judge a book by its cover. This branch told me she felt like I was trying to wipe out my account. ITS MY ACCOUNT, AND IF I WANT TO DO THAT, I CAN, ITS MY MONEY.

Friday at 1:00 pm you're going to have one person running the drive thru??Literally sat in my car for 20 minutes without moving, truly felt sorry for the employee, unless Wells Fargo just can't find anyone that wants to work like other businesses, finally had to back up and leave, maybe today will be better?

Waited in a drive thru with 4 lanes open for ALMOST 45 mins just to cash a check with a teller named Elianny. 1. NOT PERSONABLE 2. No greeting or anything and after we waited in the line for 25 mins more than the car next to us she waited on her first. She gives this bank just an awful representation as an employee.

I had Wells Fargo for many years until I moved to the area. This was my new closest branch and the worst. Had to close my account and move it to another bank because of their service. The ATM is broken on most mornings so is impossible to deposit without a teller. Had to deposit a $50 check for my husband who is in the account with me and was told he had to be in person in order to do the deposit. I explained I was not cashing the check and only depositing since the ATM was broken and that he was in the account but not luck. Every single transacting in here is a problem. When closing the account the rep asked the reason, gave her a long written list of reasons and left it for her to give it to the branch manager. Closed the account and moved to another bank and very happy with them. Avoid this location.
