Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. We applied to refinance our home on September 18th. We were suppose to go to closing next week. Today I get a text message saying that we have to pay $35,000 at closing to pay off our solar panels or the loan is dead. Mind you they were told about the solar panels months ago and assured us it wouldn't be a problem. I recommend that you run from Wells Fargo quickly as possible. Obviously Dermin doesn't have a clue what he is doing. The title company changed without our knowledge. We were told all along that the solar panels were no problem. Managers also don't return voicemail. If you have a problem and trust me you will no one from management will call you back for days. I can't recommend to you to not waste your time and money in Wells Fargo. I certainly have learned my lesson.

Nick was able to secure my pre-approval letter in less than 24 hours. Nick is a pleasure to talk with about my mortgage needs.

Nick was very courteous, patient and professional. Being a first time home buyer all the terms and process seemed complicated but Nick always took his time to answer all my questions. Nick had assured me at every step that everything is taken care of and put my mind at ease. I cannot thank you enough Nick for making the mortgage process as easy as you did. I would recommend Nick to all my friends and family and for my next home purchase!!!

Worse customer service from all of the mortgage offices I've been to.

Worse customer service from all of the mortgage offices I've been to. Employees are dishonest, lazy, slow, unprofessional, and almost never have a definite answer to anything. The manger dresses like she's going to the clubs and is never there.
