At all costs avoid this Walgreens they have the worst customer service. You wait over 45 minutes just to get your prescription so they could tell you it's not ready. And when you call and complain they don't want to hear it they're rude. I will give them a zero star but I can't.

The most horrible customer service I've ever seen from any pharmacy. They won't let you know if they don't have something they just won't fill it and when you call they say "I don't see any problems you'll be notified when it's filled" and you wait two days and call back again but this time before you can explain they cut you off and just say "yeah we don't have it" ok.....soo.....call another pharmacy?" Um yeah if you don't wanna wait" like no I've been waiting over 48 hours when you said it wasnt a problem it was being filled yesterday. This wasn't the first issue I've had with this place, more like the 10-15th time something like this happened I'm moving pharmacies this place sucks

This Pharmacy Is Not A Smiling Friendly Place very unprofessional! Prior to me coming into the pharmacy . I called on the phone trying to get information about a certain medication and I was on hold for 30 Min . Not only did they leave me on hold, but I drove up there while I was on hold and when I walked in the pharmacy the two pharmacy employees that were on the counter. We’re sitting there having a personal conversation not work related very unprofessional . And Then Had The Nerve To Great Me Rude . I greeted her with a smile on my face and Said Hi How Are You
2nd On A Different Day I Go To Pick Up My Meds And The Young Lady (won’t say name) Greet Me Once Again In A Aggravated Tone I Ask Her A Few Questions Instead Of Her Telling Me Give Her A Second She Is Like “I DONT KNOW” With An Unwelcome Face
I’ve Been Going Here For Years And To Get Treated With Unprofessional Manners Is Really Starting To Make Me Feel Uncomfortable And Feel Like I’m Being Judged By Just By Picking Up My Meds Something Needs To Be Done Some One Need To Talk To Their Front Service Because You Never Know What A Person Is Going Through When They Walk Through These Doors Just A Simple Smile Can Make A Person Whole Day Turn Around Coming From Some One That Is In Customer Service So I Know It All To Well This Is Very Upsetting To Me

This places pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to, EVER. Their staff is unresponsive, won't answer questions, won't acknowledge people standing and waiting. There are 5 people behind the counter. They serve the drive through customers and don't take of the people in store. This is my 3rd time here for a simple mouthwash thats prescription. Waited for 30 min to drop off, didn't want to wait another hour to pick up so came back the next day. It was was around 1100 something, pharmacy closed as they all took lunch and left no one to work. No signs posted that there were lunch hours and they would be closed. Came back 7pm place again same 5 people, all serving drive through. Do not come here, go ANYWHERE else. I hate writing bad reviews, but they earned it.

My favorite Walgreens and the reason is that the entire staff knows me very well and have such a professional attitude in all departments but in the pharmacy the staff is outstanding in there duties very knowledgeable well spoken gives me eye to eye contact when Speaking to me they adress me by name cause i often goes in and as i enter the facility iam greated with a warm welcome very touching indeed. Mr. Victor Mrs sonya Chantal Editha k k well as Lashondre is such a huge asset to the company they go beyond their call of duty to make sure iam a satisfied customer. Doesn't live in the bay area i drive one hundred and fifty two miles from Daytona Beach to vist family former neighbors and friends alike but i found this Walgreens to be my favorite so many reasons but the customer service is on point to the highest and that's very important to me. I can't say enough bad things about this Walgreen's Pharmacy! I had to suffer getting, or trying to get Rxs from them for 2 years bec that's where my insurance said I had to go. Status of Rxs on website never match what is there when I arrive. Almost every time they can't find at least 1 Rx. When my insurnace changed I transferred everything to Publix but Walgreens is still sending me notifications that they have my refills. Just horribly inefficient!
