Kyren Hollis was awesome. I switched over to Verizon Wireless and after three calls and two chats, no one could help me finish until Kyren. He knew exactly what needed to be done and I had a working phone within minutes of his help. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

The way Keelto spoke to me was atrocious. He was rude, condescending and aggressive. I have been unable to receive text messages for over a week. It is have a significant impact on my employment and my personal life. I did not receive empathy or understanding. I got vague non answers, or incorrect answers and absolutely rude commentary. I can't believe any employee is allowed to speak to customers like that.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. Emails are generally ignored--maybe 1 in 10 are responded to. Entirely unable to get any assistance with an existing account, unless of course you want to purchase new products/services--then they are responsive. Highly disappointing.

i would like to let you know your service sucks since the pandemic hit for whatever reason. When I attempted to switch service providers verizon kept me on the chat for an hour and disappeared from the chat not resolving my issue. Then they disconnected my service and booted me out of verizon so I could not log in and get my account number to complete transfer. My old number is now lost because of this. I was unaware that the did this. I have lost all respect for verizon and am glad I went over to spectrum. Now I expect verizon to retaliate and try and charge me an excessive amount on my last bill
