Customer service on point! Very nice and helpful. Mrs. T., made my transition into a bigger unit a very smooth one. The units are clean. I recommend to anyone who is looking for great Customer service with clean and air conditioned units.

Update- 12/13- elevator still broken
10pm access is not true. I moved in April and the door is still broken.
I just drove here to try access my things as I work late after 6pm and I’m furious.
Update 7/1- door fixed
9/10 - is the elevator fixed??

For one, they will increase your rate whenever they decide to. I got a unit here in August and in September they increased my rate but no one else I know who has a unit here rate increased!
Now the real problem, one of my shared units here IS FULL OF MOLD! If your unit has an a/c duct above it MOVE OUT OF IT ASAP or don’t accept it. All of our stuff is ruined unless it was in a bag. Roaches dead & alive, and this is a brand new building! The mold is what’s really pissing me off! I’ve never had this happen before it’s harmful and disgusting!

Prime Storage is the BEST!!! Have went with them twice. Staff Tanae at the front Desk was very very helpful and quick!!! Love them, will use and refer to friends and family.

While the front desk people are wonderful, I am disappointed in the owners of the facility for failing to remove dead cockroaches, other pests, and even trash. The elevator has not worked for over a month and the automatic doors always have issues, and I expected more from a newer building. Also my bills went from $40 something to $90 something in less than a year, so definitely don’t store with them for long.

Here's to excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and everyone works well together. I appreciate Tynae for assisting me with my storage unit she was knowledgeable and very kind... However, they went up on my rent saying that it was a corporate decision because they are competing with other storage facilities in the area...
