“Tynae's customer service is superb. She is super inviting and friendly, which has been lost over the years when it comes to employees. She is most definitely a valuable team member, so I pray that she is appreciated and rewarded for being a key employee of Prime Storage. The building is nice and could use some cleaning in the units, but I understand some people don't clean up after themselves. The price is great and storage size is great. I'd definitely recommend Prime Storage.”

I was running late on a payment and was stressed out not being able to pay with my tap. A nice young lady assisted me on finding an alternative option to be able to make my payment on time.
