The entire staff at the Temple terrace location in Tampa Bay. It simply the very best professional group of financial experts I've ever encountered. These must be led by the store manager that goes above and beyond to makes your customers happy. This customer is a customer for life and hopes others will join. I appreciate everything they have done from the beginning to the end, which the end is not written yet. But I am going to enjoy the journey with my PNC and Temple Terrace

So, I've been banking with PNC for over 15 years. And this year, seemed to be the year of worse case scenario with deposits not clearing in a timely basis and my credit cards going through the roof with interest. It was horrible. On top of everything else that was happening in my life (house closing horror, my ma in the hospital etc etc) I didn't need my money being jacked with. So, into this branch I went almost every other day with a huge chip on my shoulder and a scowl you could see a mile away. Not my usual disposition btw. However, despite it all tellers like David and the branch manager, AJ were always kind, treating me with a smile and helping hand. After all things started to settle for me, I realized I had to say something and recommend this location. Sometimes, our problems overwhelm us and we have to revisit our steps. PNC Temple Terrace you rock!

We had to make an appointment to do some business and had to wait 33 mins after our appointment time because they had 1 teller at counter, 1 employee for sit down banking needs, and 1 for business banking. The business banking guy was not busy, and from a customer service aspect, should have tried to help us rather than make us wait way past appointment time. We even asked for his help and told us to just sit and wait and asked us if we were sure on our appointment time! It came pff condescending! The woman who finally took care of was very nice though once we finally got to sit down with her! The teller guy was super nice, but he had a long line to deal with and drive thru, all alone. He made it a point to offer us a lollipop after we were sitting down with banker and he was free, which was so kind. Its the little things...but business banking gentleman needs to learn improved customer service tactics when speaking to and dealing with customers...even if not business related. Everyone is the face of PNC.

Always a long line and only the old lady working. It's really ridiculous. This is the slowest bank no matter what day and time you come

This bank was decent up north, but it is complete garbage down here. They are basically glorified ATMs. online support and over the phone is also trash. I have not had one issue that was handled easily and promptly.My money should be in my account and able to be withdrawn whenever I want. They would rather have you jump through hoops.

I had the worst experience dealing with the AVP Senior Branch Manager. Engie Nieves he was the rudest unhelpful, Senior Manger I ever came in contact with. I am definitely closing my account due to his none professional management skills. He has very poor customer service.

Went in to look into opening a small business account and got lack luster service by Barbara. I guess she thought I was ignorant. Needless to say, PNC doesn’t deserve to be my bank. Next.

The ATM near the teller window didn’t return my funds fully and made me panic a bit , the staff was very nice and helpful with resolving the situation asap allowing me to calm down ?I love the care they put into it! ThankYou !

I made an appointment at this branch. Eric provided very friendly service. He made sure the branch manager kept my appointment and kept me on schedule. Eric also maintained professional all throughout. The branch manager Engie was swift in all of the paperwork and transactions that needs to be complete. I give them a 5 star rating on punctuality & professionalism!
