Called and spoke with Katie C. She was very helpful, professional and super friendly. I told her what I wanted and she immediately know what to do. My hair turned out great. I love it!
She’s very easy going and went above and beyond on customer service. I would definitely recommend her and this salon to new clients! Don’t miss out!

Katie my hairdresser is excellent! Took her time asking what I wanted, looked at my hair and she did amazing Exceeded my expectations. The salon is very nice, and the products they use are great! I am coming back and recommending her to friends. Thank you!!

Stylist: Sanaa's work is worth far more than she charges. I'm from Staten Island, NYC and have had my hair done by $1k+ professionals. She teaches other how to do hair from her country and U PROMISE you ladies, you will love it. I'm visiting Tampa for a month and Paris Hair is where to go with Sanaa and Katie. Katie is the sweetest, most down-to-earth girl. My experience here outweighs any experience in Florida I've had. Sanaa installed 5 bundles of 18" extensions, washed and straightened. BTW, her hair wash and massage is Heaven in Earth. Katie's upbeat personality and charisma makes for a fun time! I highly recommend these 2 ladies!

THIEVES!!! BEWARE!!! Was charged $500 for a few foils and not told the price until after. I called in and said I usually get a toner and a few foils for $80 they said theirs was around that price yet charged individually for everything. If they think they can money out of you they will.

Absolutely love this place! I will be back for myself and even my son and husband! After not going to a salon since I was like 16 this reminded me of the times I use to go. So comfortable, friendly and could chit chat about anything and my son he just played and talked to us while he waited for me to get my hair done and i love how no one got upset about him being there! It was so nice and relaxing. I love my hair too! It came out even better than I wanted it to. I just give this place the best!! 100%

I had a scheduled appointment at 1030 am which was about 30 minutes away from my house. I called to inform them that I would be about 3-5 minutes late at 1000 and the lady who answered said that the hairdresser who was supposed do my hair had not arrived that morning but that her manager would call me. I never received a callback. I arrived at 1032 am and there was 1 hairdresser doing a clients highlights. She greeted me and I sat in a chair from 1033 until 1100. I finally asked if the hairdresser was coming and she said “oh I thought my manager had told you she wasn’t coming but if you wait I can do your hair.”
I ended up just leaving and fortunately being able to schedule with another loyal salon. Then as I was leaving she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted another hairdresser’s number who could do my hair. I said no thank you. Why would I want service from anyone there who are inconsiderate of peoples busy schedule. Worst service and shady people ever. I will not recommend anyone to this salon and if I could give 0 stars I would. Teach your staff customer service!
